Okay so I called regarding a return because they never refunded my money back into my debit card so I was trying to speak to the manager because on my bank statement there was no refund Pending so I called and Renee if thats even her name to be honest , who happend to answer doesnt have the minimum idea of who she works for she groaned then proceed to ask "what is that you need?" I told her. then she transferred the Call , then she answered once again asking what I needed so I told Her to just let me speak to the MOD she put me on hold and said her MOD was busy and what I needed ONCE AGAIN! so I asked for her MOD name to call later and just ask directly and she said she didnt know her name that she has several more managers so I ask her to let me speak to a different one and she said they were all busy. This girl is incompetent. She has no idea of what shes doing. Shes irrelevant and obnoxious. She groans like a kid when you ask her things. Sounds like mountain men from duck dynasty. Anyways I had to contact corporate because this girl wasnt letting me speak to any manager ! As soon as I call corp the store gives me a call back saying my refund is being processed that I should see it a week from then so A week goes by and nothing I call back the floor managers direct line and it just happens that shes on vacation wow seriously? You told me to call you on Friday lady which I did and youre gone. Anyways had to call corp again just so they can write me a check with my money .. so I had to drive 2 hours outside Dallas to pick a freaking check! I would limit myself to call this store or If I ever do business pay cash to avoid this crap if I ever need a refund. This store is full of useless employees at least the woman who answer the phone and manager. The girl who answered my phone call if youre reading this youre an incompetent no listening skills piece of human waste.

First time I visited the store I purchased a shirt. Get home and the button was missing. Called the store to see if they had another and they said not in my size so I purchased another on their website. When it was time to pick up the shirt I returned the other for a refund. So they asked me if it was ok to debit it back on my card and I said yes. Over a week goes by and I notice that my money wasnt refunded back to my account so I call the store to ask why. The guy tells me they shouldnt of debited back to my account because theyre debit thing wasnt working properly and will give me a check and the tone he used with me was so rude. He then asks if I can come pick it up and I said if Im in the area I will but if not heres my address. He said thats fine and agreed to mail it. He called me 3 times that afternoon then the next some lady calls me about mailing the check to my house I said thats fine. The day after that that guy calls me again saying the same thing that lady said. Then the day after that the guy leaves me a voicemail saying that they arent going to send me a check and that the money will be posted back to my card by the following week. So I go up to the store to complain because I wasnt treated right and then at the store they give me the run around saying that the check was mailed out. The whole thing was theyre fault and yet they didnt really apologize or try and make it right! They were rude in so many ways! It took almost two weeks before I finally got my refund! Its a wonder they stay in business! I was so disappointed in their customer service and management at the Grapevine, TX location! I will never shop at that store again! If I could give zero stars i wouldve!

I took my boat to Bass Pro Grapevine on Saturday November 26th for an oil change and to have the bearings on my trailer repacked, the Customer Service rep took the information and told me it would be 2 weeks, I knew with the holidays it might take that long. 3 weeks later I called to check on my boat on 12/16/2016, the customer rep told me it would defiantly be ready Saturday 12/17/2016 and he would call me in the morning to set up a time. Saturday afternoon at 3:30 I still had not received the promised phone call so I drove to the store, I was told it was not going to be ready but for sure Monday. Finally on Friday 12/23/2016 they called me and said it was ready and it was going to be $797.00 for an oil change and wheel bearing repacking !!!!!! when I questioned the cost all the rep would say is talk to the Manager, the Manager just looked at me and said its the going rate. 4 weeks and $800.00 later I will never go back to Bass Pro Shop again, totally rude staff and extremely over priced work. Maybe I should have charged them $40.00 a day keeping my boat over the 2 weeks promised. Gary Jones Fort Worth Tx. Update 1/16/2017 Well I see that Bass Pro Shop really is good with talking and saying sorry but no resolution, When I talked to the Manager on December 30th he told me "We were wrong for not calling you ahead of doing the work with an estimate" he also told me they replaced 2 bearings and charged me for four even though I only needed one replaced. If they would have told me they were going to charge me $565.21 for replacing 2 wheel bearings my answer would have been NO!!.My advice to anyone considering taking their boat to Tracker service... DON"T!!!

Dont buy your boat here. You get a Tracker 7 year warranty with your new boat, but takes them 2 months (in my case) to finally get a case open on the defects that the LEMON-Boat I purchased has and now they are telling me 5-6 weeks to look at the thing. It has been a constant run-around for 2 months (since I bought it) and now service is going to take 5-6 weeks to replace a DEFECTIVE FISH FINDER and a WATER LEAK that the new boat came with? I opened dialogue, multiple, multiple phone calls to BassPro, with them and no service appointments were made and no follow-up phone calls were made to me. I buy a new boat from these people that was defective on multiple fronts, from DAY 1, and I cannot even use the darn boat and cannot get rapid service to get it returned to me. THis boat is JUNK and they obviously cannot stand beside their warranty. It seems like they put on a Defective FishFinder just to get me to upgrade, because every time I called about the unit, they offered an upgrade as a solution. SHADY, SHADY business. I will say that calling TRACKER has proven to at least good customer service. THey have sent multiple surveys for me to fill out, and asked if I was getting follow up phone calls from Service, but of course: NO, NOTHING..... Also, I talked to yet another guy in Service today and there are NO WRITTEN logs or customer notes anywhere over the last 2 months that I have been calling for service, answers and resolution... NOT ONE SINGLE LOG... The most ridiculous, poor customer service I have ever experienced. This is a $16,000 boat - you would think there would be better processes in place.... UNNNNNNN-Believable...... UNNNN-Believeable....
