I have worked retail for 10+ years and have always felt that customer service is first above all. Run On in Coppell was awesome and displayed great service. I have never shopped for a specific running shoe before and was unsure of what shoe was going to be best for me. I had shopped at some other stores and could never seem to find a sales associate who appeared confident in what they were telling me. Alot of "whatever feels best to you" and "those have been a big seller". None of this info helped me make a confident decision. I was recommended to Run On by a friend, and stopped by for a look. I was greeted and helped immediately. The sales associate took my foot measurements and watched me walk and explained exactly why he was doing each step in the process. He then proceeded to explain how each shoe was different and which one would work best for my foot type. When I walked in the store initially,I had a much more expensive shoe in mind. He was honest and explained that another style of shoe would fit me better. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes and described the key features of each pair. He let me try them all on and never once appeared to rush the sale. All of this made my decision feel like the right one and I was very happy when i left. The pair I ended up leaving with was actually 50.00 less that the pair I had intentions of buying when I walked in. When I got home, i happened to notice that one of the shoes had a defect. I headed back up the store and explained the issue and was offered a new pair no questions asked. The only issue was that they didnt have another pair in stock that was my size. The associate attempted to track a pair down in at the next closest location but had no luck. He informed me that the Richardson store had a pair and that he would personally pick them up on Saturday (July 4th) and have them for me that Sunday before i headed back out of town. He asked me if i needed them sooner and I explained that I had a run planned that night, but it was no big deal if i missed it. He told me that the defective pair would be going back to the manufacture anyway and that if i wanted to, I could take them for the night and "test drive" them before the new set came in. I took him up on the offer and was called Sunday morning that my new set was in Coppell! Overall my experience was some of the best customer service Ive seen in the retail industry and really hope they continue to have success. Thanks again Run On staff. I know this is a long write up, but good service deserves to be pointed out.

Anytime alls go well they are great! But whenbthey dont order the shoes correctly and have them delivered correctly the only thing they say is Im sorry but nothing else. We paid for a special order up front with a promise that the shoes would come to our home for free, the first lie. The second lie came when they promised a delivery by Wednesday, which didnt occur. So on Saturday I went into the Coppell store and received a very cold shoulder. Very poor response. Today I went by to pick up the shoes which were suppose to he delivered to our house and that same lady from Saturday couldnt care that we had to drive to your place, and no one callex us to tell us the shoes were delivered. Sorry too many mistakes to accept no discounts or free items like socks. Your company only cares for money and not customer service.

Super pleasing experience. I made the visit upon a coworkers recommendation, and it was everything she described. Im just getting into running, and needed guidance in selecting good shoes. I was helped by Seregy who is the store manager. I explained my needs and the fact that Im a newbie, and he had me walk/jog on a treadmill. He analyzed my stride, and made some recommendations. Then he had me try on each of them, take them for a spin outside, and note what felt the best. I made my choice and was on my way. I feel like I can go back for all my running gear needs, and they even have a 30-day test run policy during which you can make an exchange at no cost. Superb customer service; I highly recommend!

I always buy my running shoes at Run On in Richardson, TX Love that staff - friendly n helpful. I was visiting my boyfriend in Coppell and I decided to try the Run On in Coppell. I was impressed. I told the salesman Renee what I require in a running shoe to meet my needs. He LISTENED !!!??!!! He brought out 3 pairs that he felt would meet my needs. Walked in ready to drop a dime. Only went to Run On because a year ago my daughter had good customer service. We waited for over 10 minutes with shoes in hand to get some assistance but the 4 people were sitting behind the counter chatting and yankin hank. Considering their prices are about 20% higher than other retailers I would have expected to been asked if we would like to be assisted but we were never spoken to by anyone.

We arrived ten minutes prior to opening, expecting to wait a few minutes. What a pleasant surprise that they had opened early. Javier greeted us warmly when we entered the store (Instead of the typical employee hiding inside until the exact opening time). He gave exceptional customer service -- took his time to give a shoe fitting, and offered knowledgeable advice to find the correct footware. Thank you, Javier!

Just wanted to take a quick moment to recognize some great customer service. I had an issue with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor that I purchased at Run On Coppell.. Had an issue with it and long story short Kristen, The manager, really stepped up and helped me resolve this issue.. Thanks Kristen for the excellent customer service. 5 Star - No Hesitation on think Only 2 simple factors : 1) As a running store - listened to runner problems & guided to numerous correct sports doctor. 2) Saw the running style - suggested the best running shoes & allowed me to run with those shoes & experience, rather than simply marketing that shoes. Will keep going back for any running related questions .. thanks RunOn!

Staff here are great at finding the right show for those feet that arent quite "perfect". The money back guarantee works well when you want to try a new show. My last refit, I wanted to try a different brand but ended up swapping back to my normal shoes.
