I really hate to post this negative review. I like Bobbie Bradford, who manages the office. The service guys were always friendly and knowledgeable. Jerry delivered the hardwood to my house and was great during the estimate. He was quite rude during a second exchange with me, but whatever. Thats not my concern. Simply put, our floor never turned out right. Even after they came back a second time and put an additional coat on it. My floor looks nothing like the sample Bobbie showed in me in the store and assured me it would look like. My finish has bubbles and streaks and hairs in it. And its the most fragile finish Ive ever experienced in my life. It will scratch if you look at it wrong. We gave it over a week before we put furniture back on it, and everything has furniture pads. We arent even hard on our floors, and there are an unbelievable amount of scratches, gashes, nicks and chips. Well have to get it refinished again, and thats not what I expected from Bradford. Again, I really hate to write a negative review, but if youre looking into flooring I just want you to be aware. Bradford tried to help, and I appreciated their efforts. But it doesnt change the fact that my floor is inexcusably fragile. Ive got to think my floor was some kind of anomaly for Bradford; Everyone else gave great reviews. And trust me, I wish I could have too. Instead, I have a floor needing to be redone...for the third time.

I am a repeat customer. Six years ago I had Bradford flooring redo the floors in a house built in the 1970s, not only did they do an excellent job of bringing luster back to the floor in the living area, they perfectly matched that flooring with a new floor that runs down the hallway. A perfect match, you cant tell where the oringinal flooring meets up with the new flooring. I am now coming back to Bradford flooring to have new floors placed in two bedrooms. Top notch work. 5 stars

I have worked with many companies in my profession roofing and exteriors. But I noticed on the last house we did, that the flooring was awesome. I inquired with the head contractor, he informed me that Bradford Hardwood had done the installation. So, I went and checked them out for myself. My wife and I are having them come out next week to install new hardwood flooring at our house. Why let only my customers have all the awesome new stuff right?

A leaking washer in a vacant house resulted in major buckling hardwood floors. I had to get new floors in quickly and these were original from 1980s. I was concerned about matching them. Bradford Flooring had the expertise to handle the situation quickly and they matched the hallway areas perfectly. I highly recommend them for expertise in matching existing floors.

I renovate old houses and I have used Bradfords ever since I tried doing it myself the first few times. I wont do them myself anymore. He makes my houses look way better than I ever could, and hes not expensive. Dont waste time or money, just let Jerry do it. And dont forget about their paint!
