I had been coming to this store for over three years. I came in on a Sat. to get a quart of paint. The store was busy and only one person was working. I waited for over an hour. The employee would take someone who just walked in and mix their paint and stop working on mine because as he stated "their paint is easier to do". Excuse me but you dont keep pushing off a customer who has been waiting for an hour to do a customer who has been there for two minutes because their job is easier. After the third time this happened my husband lost his temper. I felt bad the employee had to work all by himself however he was not efficient, kept getting distracted and clearly did not know how to prioritize. Unfortunately this store lost a long time customer as I will never go back again.
