I arrived at 7 20 am to pick up a gallon of porter paint i needed matched....the lady was busy doing something in the back and initially ignored me. finally, she asked me "what i wanted" I showed her my porter paint bucket and before i could proceed w my request she very shortly informed me that my paint was at least 12 years old and she couldnt exactly make it as it had been before but if i gave her 2 hours she try to match it. Never a huge fan of porter paints(I think their paints do not cover well) I needed this exact color to match existing paint. The paint is only 7 years old but i understand that technology changes and a match would have been okay 2 hours was not ... she explained that she would have to answer the phone and take care of other customers although there was no one there at the time.... pretty sure she just didnt want to mess w it.......note to management : If it is that busy at 7 am perhaps another employee is needed or a more competent one on staff

Paint is very poor quality, does not cover well on the lightest color. Paint is way to expensive and does not do what it says. Will never go back and never recommend.

Staff are very nice. I have been going here for years for my work to get paint and supplies. Staff are always helpful.
