Yesterday I called about some items I needed to return, however I explained how I had misplaced my receipt. Me and my husband have been remodeling our home so we have made some huge purchases. Im usually great with keeping my receipts however this particular one I could not find. The person I spoke with said it would be no problem and that all I needed was my ID. When I got to Home Depot I explained my situation to Paige who happened to be the person doing returns. When she seen I had some rather expensive items she began to treat me funny. She became rude and somewhat nasty. She said why are you returning these. I said as I previously stated I didnt need them for the project that me and my husband were working on. She began the return process took my ID and then said the computer wont allow me to return these for you. I asked why not she said it doesnt give us a reason. Then in the same breathe said these are high theft items and thats probably why the computer didnt return them. And proceeded to say if you go home and find your receipt I will be happy to return them. I told her that I didnt appreciate the insinuation that she was trying to make. She said she wasnt making an insinuation she was just letting me know that they are high theft items and she couldnt return them. I have a very good job making $100k plus a year and my husband owns a construction company. I have NEVER stolen a thing in my life. She proceeded to walk over to the manager on duty at that time (Todd) and said something to him and they both looked over at me. At that moment I asked for her name and Corporates number she said 1-800 homedepot and my name is Paige not even giving me eye contact or any attention. I spend A LOT of money in this store. And for someone to treat me like this is horrible. I will never return to Home Depot again and I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Awful Customer service! Tried to call the store to see if a kitchen designer working. Waited on the automated system for over 45 min.. so long that I got in my car and drove to the store while still on hold. Once I arrive I see several people standing around in multiple departments. Who answers the phone at this place! I went to the kitchen department and the designer was with another Customer, which is fine, but it took her 5 min to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I asked if there was a designer in this even which her reply was "yes, but Im leaving in 45 min." Making it very apparent she had no time for me. Looks like Lowes will be getting my business!

I went in there today and someone named Shelby took several returns for me. The third items, I wasnt sure if it came from there since I ought it a while back and I lost the receipt. The cashier exclaims, "How could you not know where it came from?!?" Excuse me? This wouldnt have even been an issue previously since I used to shop solely at Home Depot for home supplies. After dealing with multiple rude, disrespectful people like her, I primarily take my business elsewhere now (and travel 10 miles further to do so). I called to complain to a manager today and the guy who answered was rude and hung up on me. I will not be back.

I asked an employee of they could discount the next best model of a grill by $20 since the one I was looking at online was out of stock. He was very insistent that they only mark down items if theyre damaged. However I was more insistent to speak with a manager about it. The manager set him straight that all employees are "empowered" to discount up to $50 without management approval. Im sure thatcomes with some stipulations, but the lesson is whenever youre at a Home Depot, be friendly with the associate, and ask for a discount!

Absolutely a great experience each time I used this store over a period of one month every day for a home remodeling project for my Mother. They always had the items I needed and were exemplary in Customer Service. This Home Depot is the real thing. Every employee in this store is a seasoned professional! Home Depot is great because they also recognize our military personnel by giving a 10% discount. Thanks for a great store that gives the old small town feeling. Love this place!

Went to buy a window screen. None on the shelf. Went to doors and windows desk, employee said he was busy for 30 mins, what did i need? I explained online inventory said 11 window screens in stock, he said all our stock is on the shelf, i asked if maybe they had just arrived and were at unloading dock, he said that doesnt happen, then said hed call someone if he got the chance.

I have always had pleasant experiences with this location. It is further out than the Lowes that is just down the street a little from me, but I prefer to drive the extra distance for the better service and environment Home Depot offers.

I had a worse experience than the other reviewers it seems. It felt like the staff were all trained to avoid eye contact and walk away. Customer service was supposed to send someone to meet me but they never showed.

Do not use their equipment rental. I got a power washer that didnt work and they wouldnt refund the amount I paid for the 4 hour rental. Ill take my business to Lowes (and United Rental) from now on.
