Petco is well organized, The only this is you can never find a cashier or a worker around theyre always chatting about with each other in a corner or an area where they cant see the line. It honestly has to take a person to get out of line and track them down. This has happened on MANY occasions!!

Well organized and clean BUT theres no customer service. I have gone a couple of times and i can not find anyone to help me. Workers are in their own world chit chatting. I have also waited to pay about 10 minutes while the cashier is chit chatting in a corner with another worker.

They have a good variety of pet stuff . I usually but my pet food there. But the last time I was there the animals looked like they were miserable and the cages were dirty. They have a good variety of pet stuff here. Its where I usually but my pet food.

I love the store.... hate hate the costumer service, you can basically hear them sighing when you ask them anything about the saltwater fish.....I wish they had more knowledgeable staff on hand with slightly better costumer service...

Nice place to buy everything for your pets. Also they have a lot of different kind of pets, from your normal cat and dog to snakes, hermit crabs, chameleons and turtles. They also sometimes have dogs and cats up for adoption.

What the hell petco, ive called 5 times in the last hour, keep getting salon and when i try and get to customer service NO ONE ANSWERS...just rings and then hangs up on me!

Very few selection of salt water fish, not too many in stock either. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and help me getting the fish i wanted.

The store is decent size with an ok selection. One of the workers, Christina, was very helpful as well as knowledgeable!
