Horrible. People listen to the reviews. Took my dog it for bath and brush,nail trimmed and grinded,teeth cleaning. Lady over the phone was the nicest lady ever she mentioned that I COULD change my appointment around as far what I wanted for my dog when I get there(I was hesitant on what to get done on my dog). Which I didnt see a problem with considering my boyfriend has done it before.I get there and I get asked about his rabies vaccine. She asked for the paperwork I told her I didnt have it but he has the tag on. she said That she would have to call the vet and ask for expiration date. Everyone knows its ether one or three years. Why would I lie. The last time my dog was there was in early 2015 so I obviously didnt bring him back because he didnt have the vaccine.Anyways, call happened, she mentioned that emancipet (the vet) just hung up and if I could get my boyfriend to send me the picture of the paperwork. So I took care of it myself I called emancipet and was placed on hold for ten minutes which at that point I told myself I would run back to my apartment (5 minute away) and get it.i assumed at that point she didnt want to be on hold. I asked if they could watch him for me and they said no. None the less they told me that I could bring him back the next day.Isaid no. So I Left and came back. They looked at the paperwork and said that they didnt know what the duration period of the vaccine was but that its up to date...which is what I said to begin with, I saw no info put in the computer (no worries I wont be taking him back there anyways). They told me it would take 3-4 hours, no problem. I get a call from them saying he is ready and that his service card has been placed up front that I can go to the register and then pick him up. What? Do they think I will pay for a service before I get to see my dog? So I didnt. Paid for the service. To get home with my dog having a 1.5 in. Scratch from what? He didnt get a cut done? The nail grinder shouldnt have been remotely close to his groin area to begin with. We then spoke to a manager and we got 30% of the service refunded. Never going back.

Today my boyfriend and I went to petsmart at the bee cave location near the hill country galleria to get our dogs nails clipped. We have taken our dog to petsmart for this service before since we got him 2 years ago. The grooming people looked up our dogs info and said they could not see him because his rabies had expired Nov. 30th 2015. Yet on Dec 15th 2015, I took our pup in to get his nails clipped and nothing was said to me about his rabies being expired or anything, had no problem on that day. I told them that he is not due until March 2016 because he had it last done in March 2015 and it is good for 1 full year. During the argument between me and the grooming people they said that someone could have entered the info wrong in there system. Thats not our fault and we should have been able to get our dogs nails clipped. We take very good care of our pup and I am always on top of his shots. Very upset and mad, we left the store and went home. Once home I found the information proving myself right that our dog is not due until 3/14/2016 to be exact for his next rabies shot, so I called the store and spoke to the manager (Kevin), explained everything and said he would call back. About 10min later get a call from the manager telling me the last record they have on file of our dog getting his nails clipped was Oct 2015. Remember I mentioned earlier that I took our dog on Dec 15, 2015 to get his nails clipped with no problems. Not only did the grooming people and the manager make me seem like I was a liar, even though I have proof, they lost our records for our pup and didnt even enter the information into their system correctly. WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS STORE AGAIN!

THIS IS TO THE GROOMING DEPARTMENT ONLY: If I could give zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I dont live in Austin, but we were getting lunch nearby so we thought it was a great idea to drop off our 6 month old Schnauzer to get her teeth cleaned since she is losing her old ones and her breath smells. They told us that she needed to get other services and the teeth cleaning would be an add on, to what we agreed that she could get a bath. The girl who came out to get my puppy looked like she hated her job.. 3 hours later, I didnt get a text or email or phone call saying my puppy was ready so I decided to go in and ask myself. SURPRISE! She is actually ready! Did I mention that I was from out of town? I was wasting time thinking she was still getting groomed, but no.. they just take their sweet time to let you know your dog is ready! What HIGHLIGHTED the visit was this really upset associate who came out carrying my 10lb puppy saying "your dog is too AGGRESSIVE. She almost ripped *other associates name here* hand off." To what I replied "yeah, she is a puppy" and to what she replied "well, maybe youd brush her hair more often so she would stop being aggressive" I took my dog out, opened her mouth and still smelled.. So they were not only RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS, they also like to charge you for services they dont perform. They couldnt even control a 10lbs 6-month-old schnauzer! WORST PETSMART GROOMING SALON I HAVE TAKEN MY DOG TO.

RUN! DO NOT WALK. RUN! I took my German Shepard mix here to get shaved. First off, I was hesitant to drop him off because the groomer was doing a hack job on this poor puppy. Very careless and cutting him all up.. Stupid me decided to drop my dog off anyways. My appointment was set for 10:30. Well at 1:30 I get a call saying they cant shave my dog because he is giving an aggressive stare... 1) Are you kidding me??? Youre not shaving him because you dont like the way he looked at you?? 2) my appointment was at 10:30, why did it take you 3 hours to decide you were gonna shave him?? Long story short, I had to pick up my dog with him only having a bath. They refused to refund me the money I paid for him to get a bath AND shaved. $60 down the drain. They were all very very rude. Not to mention, my dog didnt even smell good!!! He smelled horrible even though he had this so called "bath". I hate these assholes. Do not take your pets here to get groomed. Its doggie hell.

This store is okay, but not the groomers. They are well stocked and SOME of the staff are friendly. However the grooming service they have is horrible. I came in with my golden retriever/cocker spaniel mix and asked for something similar to a cocker cut and I told her she really just needed a trim. Her fur grows similar to a cocker but its just longer than normal everywhere. She showed me the different ways she could shave her back and I picked one out. I came to pick her up several hours later and the shaving looked like I had asked, but the rest of her looked like they just hacked away with scissors. Everything was way shorter than a cockers cut would be, her fur was unevenly cut in the back as well. I came home with her (I was visiting my parents) and my dad asked why I even paid for it! Thats how bad she looked. Poor thing had to go like that until 3 months later when it finally grew back to normal. Go to the store - not the groomer.
