I initially went to a competitors service department, but they were packed for about a week. I called Price and was pleasantly surprised when hey were able to get me in the following day. I dropped my vehicle off and they ran a diagnostics test and informed me of the problems. I was very excited when they informed me that my warranty and Nissan would fix the problem for me with a very minimal donation on my part. I was informed that my cost would be $187.50. I also had them add a pair of windshield wipers (about $50 I believe). When I went to pick up my my vehicle somehow the cost had been elevated to over $300, but I was so happy that I didnt have to pay the $4000ish repair bill and to have my car back that I didnt care. I paid and left. As I was driving I noticed that my fifth and sixth gears were not aligned. I called and was able to reach my service advisor. I was informed to bring the vehicle back in and they would take a look at it. I dropped it off on a Monday night. I called about 12-14 times throughout the next week attempting to reach my advisor who was never available. I did not receive a call from my advisor either. The entire time I had no car, which made for a little less than a pleasant situation. After a week of trying I was finally able to reach them. I was informed that they could not find the problem. Irritated, I returned to the dealership and retrieved my keys. As I received my keys a service advisor was sent to accompany me to my vehicle for me to show them the problem. After showing the advisor that a gear would not engage with the same effort or placement as the one that it should be aligned with they acknowledged the problem and said that there was nothing that they could do (in a much less that appropriate and interested tone, matched with lackluster body language). They then almost sarcastically mentioned that maybe they could call Nissan and see if they would approve a new transmission. They did not offer to keep the vehicle and place me in a loaner or any form of assistance. At this point I was so irate that I just needed to vacate the premises to calm down. Needless to say, it was an absolutely atrocious experience and I would highly recommend elsewhere to have your vehicle taken care of.

Price Leblanc Nissan 06/27/2015---Glad I finally found this review page because I wanted to share my experience with others RE my new car purchase at Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales. In early May of this year I found myself in need of purchasing a new vehicle and time was of the essence; my old car was dying before my eyes and was threatening to leave me stranded on the side of the highway. Ive purchased eight or nine new cars from various dealers during my life-time so I wasnt very optimistic about trying to find a suitable replacement on such short notice, but this most recent new car purchase was the best ever. Having shopped at two other Nissan Dealers in the Baton Rouge Area and not being overly impressed, I called Leblanc Nissan to satisfy my curiousity more than anything else. I spoke with Jennifer who consulted with me about what kind of vehicle and options I was looking for and then introduced me to a Mr. John Porter. Between these two people I was able to find the exact vehicle and options I was looking for at a price two to three thousand dollars less than I was offered at the other two dealers in the area. At the time of my purchase my wife was out of the country for an extended stay which caused a lot of paperwork headaches but my salesman, Mr. John Porter, hung in there and patiently worked out all of the details and helped me solve all of the problems associated with my purchase which allowed me to take delivery of my new vehicle without having to wait for my wife to return from over seas. I give my salesman, Mr. John Porter, and Leblanc Nissan, ten out of ten stars for their excellent dealership and customer assistance which in my opinion is second to none, and I do not hesitate to recommend them both, to anyone seeking to purchase a new Nissan product. I would also like to mention the great assistance that Ive received from Randy in Parts and Paula in Service, since my new car purchase. Should I ever find myself needing to purchase another new vehicle I will not hesitate to seek the assistance of Mr. John Porter, at that excellent Nissan Dealership in Gonzales, Louisiana. . .Price Leblanc Nissan. Just bought my 4th car from Price Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales, a 2015 Quest. Every buying experience Ive had there has been handled professionally and I finished the transactions feeling I was treated fairly. This last trip there was the one that I will truly remember. Im handicapped and had gotten to the point of being unable to get in and out of my Armada safely. I also require a vehicle that is capable of carrying my power wheelchair. Oneal was patient and brought several cars and SUVs around for me to try. When I got into the Quest, I knew I had found my new car. To suit my needs, a Quest with a factory installed tow package was required. One that fit all my needs was found at a dealer in Houma. I went ahead with the purchase, trading in the Armada and financing the rest. Total time from walking into the dealership to completion of sale - 3 hours. The new Quest was brought from Houma the next day, detailed out and filled with gas. When I arrived to pick it up, Oneal and another employee transferred my wheelchair lift from the Armada to the Quest, completed the customer new car review, and off I went, a very happy camper. Kudoes to: Oneal - an honest, caring salesman, and a man of God. Someone I feel proud to call a friend. Trent - Im not sure of his title, but he has been the hinge pin of my last two purchases, and the primary reason I wont shop anywhere else. He goes far and above to take care of my neeeds. Rodney - Finance manager. Handles all of the paperwork efficiently. Offered sound advice, and was a pleasure to work with. All of the employees at Leblanc Nissan. You are truly an example of the way car dealerships should operate. Thanks to all, Dave

I went to three dealerships and Nissan dealership was superior compared to the other dealerships in products and service. I compared Nissan with Honda and Toyota and Nissan product won over all. The Nissan interior is superior to the other makes and their exterior is superior as well. I shopped for two months and looked at the RAV4 and looked at Honda CRV, and selected the Rouge Select because of the quality over all the others inside and out. The Rouge Select is very quiet when driving, comfortable, and performs well in all areas. My experience with Price LeBlanc Nissan rates highly when compared to all other dealerships I visited. I worked with Ken as a sales manager and he was excellent in listening to all my needs and addressed all of them. He went the extra mile when I walked out and seen a big red bow on my vehicle. This was something I mentioned to him that was my dream and thought it was only for those buying very expensive vehicles. I would recommend seeing Mr. Ken if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I rate him 7 out of 5 stars. I also would like to mention that Mr. Brent, the other sale manager I believe, went above and beyond and fought for the best deal, answered all my questions day, night and weekend to answer every question I had regardless of time of day. They both were patient and supportive and worked very hard for this was a very big purchase for me. so Darlin, if you are looking for a new vehicle, go to Price LeBlanc Nissan on Airline, they will take care of you. You will not be sorry. God bless Mr. Ken, Mr. Brent, and Price LeBlanc Nissan Dealership. Kathleen Coupel
