Horrible customer service. We bought their infamous Bayou Edition Sierra brand new in 2014 and have had nothing but issues with the truck and dealership. First let me say to anyone looking to purchase their Bayou Edition: You will only be able to get work done on your truck at Duplessis in Gonzales - including maintenance like oil changes. No one else wants to deal with the poorly customized, overly-priced vehicle. Secondly, every time we try to bring it in to be worked on we have to jump through hoops to get an appointment. Often, the issue will take longer than a day and they happen to NEVER have loaners available. You would think theyd go a little further for someone who was dumb enough (us included) to spend the money on their glorified Sierra. Wrong. Even though EVERY issue is covered under warranty, they still create hurdles to make the issues right. The truck has less than 29k miles on it in two years and is basically falling apart. There have been a good bit of recalls on it as well. Dont shop Duplessis Buick-GMC!

Looked all over the South for a 6.2L All Terrain Edition Sierra and there wasnt one to be found. A few days after I had ask about one Brian Swink called be back again and said that they had just unloaded a new 2017 off the truck that morning. Although I really wanted a 16 Brian, Shane, and Scot made me a good deal on the 2017. They were very quick to get my paperwork done. Love the new truck. This is my second truck from Duplessis. A++++ Customer Service and Jeff in their Service Department is great! I past 3 other GMC dealership just for scheduled maintenance because of the great service. Highly Recommended.

The most bad service ever , theres a salesman his name (Scot) i was dealing with to complete the papper work then he stopped answer his phone for days and i checked online about the vehicle i wanna buy i found they sold it, Im not mad just because they sell it , Im so mad about how they deals with customers, at least tell me you got better deal with other customer maybe i will look for another vehicle , anyway its a bad bad place to get anything from there and i dont recommend to get anything from them , and specially dont deal with Scot .

Ive given the service department multiple chances to prive them selves and its been a discouraging experience here. Wont call me back. No suggestions or solutions presented. Its like they dont want to work on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty but ill be looking for another gmc dealer to help me. Which is ashamed because duplesis is close to my house. Guess i have to drive 30miles to get good service. Last time they didnt put the right pressure in my tires. So i stopped getting my oil changed there for fear of them messing that up too.

The most absolute worse experience of my life trying to purchase a vehicle. Will NEVER step foot in that dealership again. Do NOT recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect. I hate that my daughter had to witness this experience, she was confused and upset as well.....

Service department was horrible!! Car sat in parking lot 19 days and never got fixed! No communication!! When I called and asked they said they were too busy! Took car to Gerry Lane and was diagnosed in two days and gave us a loaner car. If your GMC or Buick has problems dont go to Duplessis!!
