Cant say enough wonderful things about Poage. The sales staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. The service department always goes above and beyond for all of their customers. I had an issue with my car at 4:00 on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Went there without an appointment and they took care of me right away, gave me loaner car and told me we would figure it out after the holiday. I dont know many places that offer customer service like that. I love that they take the time learn your name and even your vehicle, makes you realize that they value you as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase or in need of service work. Glad I am able to continue to support local business.

I took my car in for a service engine light. $456.00 later after replacing the computer. When we got the car back it took multiple times to start the car. Took it back, three days later we get the car back, did I mention the car never had an issue starting until we brought it in for service! still hard to start but the engine light is off and running fine until my wife drives 30 miles and the service engine light comes back on and the car is back to square one. C&Cs response, we dont know what to tell you, it worked when we had it in, I guess you can bring it back in. I really dont think they are capable of fixing the problem. The service department is lacking in SERVICE. Stay away from them!

I recently had my 2010 Chevy Traverse in for service at Poage Chevy. The computer on my vehicle put out the dreaded P0008 code which called for timing chains to be replaced. Both of the service advisers, Kevin and Stu explained in detail what was needed in order to facilitate the repair. I was led back into the service are and shown what the problem was with my vehicle. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and both men kept me apprised of the status of the repair. The vehicle was completed when they said it would be finished and I was able to pick it up at the exact time. I highly recommend Poage chevy for all your service needs when it comes to expertise with all GM products.

I took my car in to have an oil change, brakes check, and the check engine light checked. I had mentioned I worked 3rd shift and they were nice enough to wait until the afternoon to call me to let me know what was going on. From the first phone call to the last, I felt well informed every step of the way. I ended up needing front and back brakes and tires. With it being so close to the holidays, I didnt want to do it all at once. The service writer worked with me and never once did I feel pressured. I did the front brakes and 2 tires and make an appointment for the back brakes. I have always had a great experience with this shop and being a woman this is important to me.

I originally purchased my EX L Denali at Lou Fuse and I also purchased services That I never used because their customer service SUCKS... At Poage Chevrolet, they take good care of my truck and I don"t have to worry about being taking advantage of... They are professional and Joel Hauk is awesome, Such a helpful kind and professional gentlemen. Go see him ( to buy or for service) you won"t be disappointed... You will actually have a trustworthy place to go to, when your car breaks down. You will turn out to be a happy customer like me . Also, they always provide you with a nice loaner that accommodates your family ;)..Big deal....Oh they clean your car too ;)

I have to say that I am completely amazed at the treatment I received from Randy at Poage Chevrolet. Looking for a car can be intimidating at a lot of places. I have to say I visited a few chevy dealers before I drove out to Wentzville to Poage. It is safe to say they are well worth the short drive and I will never go to another dealership again. Randy took time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for. He did not seem like a sales guy at all, but more like someone who is truly interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I switched to Poage Chevrolets service department from another dealership who had been dishonest with me. It was the best move I could have made. In the numerous times Ive taken my car to Poage since that first time, Ive been pleased with their quick service, their knowledge of my car and the repairs needed, and their honesty and the respect they show me when Im there. I recommend them highly. Nice people to do business with!

I have the wife take my vehicles into Poage for repairs or just routine maintenance and never feel like they would belittle her. They have NEVER tried to up sell nonsense things like MOST other repair shops have done to her. The guys running the Service Department are just flat out HONEST and DO NOT try to rip off their customers with upsales. We will continue to use them for all our repairs, maintenance, including tires!!!

I would buy a car from them in a heartbeat, but stay as far away from their service department as you can!!! Their mechanics are greedy and would rather throw parts at a car to flag hours instead of actually fixing them. The tube that carries the washer fluid came separated and they tried to fix it 2 times, but it never worked even after replacing a pump. It took me 2 minutes to fix it on my own.

For the first time in my 33 years of driving I decided to order a vehicle from the factory. My salesman - Jim Joyce and the general sales manager - Joel Hauk were extremely patient with me and my persistent requests for updates. In the end I received my Dream Car (2017 2SS Camaro Convertible) exactly as I configured it and I am extremely happy with GM and my dealership experience at Poage!

Poage Chevrolet was great on servicing my vehicle. I had a brake line issue, had it towed in to them and had never been there before. As long as it was at the dealer, it needed some dealer service. They were great at walking me through what was needed and what could wait. They got the truck back to me as soon as they could. Check out/pick up was super easy. The staff was very nice.

The sales department does their very best to comply with the customers wishes and give them the type of vehicle and options that they desire on their new car purchase plus they offer excellent financing all at excellent prices.

Cant speak for much here other than the service department, but my encounter with Karl in the service department was by far the best mechanic encounter that I have ever have. Hes polite, funny, and charming at the same time. Hopefully the younger mechanics at the location pick up on his skills. Car problems can be very stressful and costly, but this location is trustworthy.
