In response to the Ms George. This Vehicle was sold AS IS for a Wholesale Price and we urged the customers to take the Vehicle to their own mechanic to have it checked out before they purchased it and they declined. Several days after they purchased the Vehicle they called and said it had an oil leak so we advised them to take it to a shop we trust. The Manager of the shop said it was a very minor leak around a gasket and said it was in 90% of GM products that old and he would not even mess with it if it was his car as it would not affect the functionality of the Vehicle and it passed the Missouri State Inspection & Emissions Test, however to make the customer happy we spent over $600 fixing the leak(6 hours labor and a $20 gasket) and this was after we were already losing $400 selling the Vehicle for their price?? I then proceeded to offer to pay for any labor of anything else the customer wanted replaced. My Dealership and I went way above and beyond what any other Dealer would have done and what we should have done. We were not responsible for any of the items the customer complained about yet we fixed the main one and offered to help on the rest? We also offered to buy back the Vehicle immediately upon hearing about the leak for the exact amount they purchased the car for, seriously what more could we possibly have done?? This customer is very young and this is her first time purchasing a Vehicle, hopefully in the future she will be more educated as to what to expect and how to treat a reputable company that is going out of their way to make her happy.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS AND SOLD ME A CAR WITH MANY ISSUES! TOLD MY FATHER AND I THEY WOULD FIX IT AND THEN NEVER DID! WHEN WE CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THE PARTS THEY TOLD US WE FABRICATED THE STORY AND WERE NOT GOING TO FIX THE BROKEN CAR THEY SOLD ME AND ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH IT!!! WE ARE SPREADING THE WORD EVERYWHERE!!! FACEBOOK! TWITTER! CHANNEL 2 NEWS! NEWS PAPER! DONT GET SCREWED OVER LIKE WE DID! THEY ARE RUDE AND TRIED TO LIE ABOUT THE ISSUES OF MY CAR. ONE OF THE MAIN PROBLEMS WAS A MAJOR OIL LEAK, DOOR LOCKS SHORT OUT, MIRRORS DIDNT ADJUST WITH POWER ADJUSTERS, KEY FOB DOESNT WORK!!! REPAIRS UP AND OVER $1000..

I made a terrible mistake buying from this dealership. They sold me a piece of junk that was fine at the beginning but soon fell apart. I traded my old car in on a saturday and they were closed on sunday and I tried to take the car I had gotten from them back on Monday and they said they had already gotten rid o my old car...... bunch of bull! I think they fix their cars up just good enough for the customer to think they work fine at the beginning but they soon fall apart.....they ripped me off but I learned a valuable lesson. NEVER BUY FROM A USED CAR LOT...... I prefer a reputable dealership because they are more trustworthy.
