My wife and I purchased out first new vehicle together from Price LeBlanc Toyota. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time, and upon arrival Craig Landry had two Toyota Highlanders pulled for us to test drive. Craig is easy to talk to, he is knowledgeable, and we found him very respectful throughout the entire Process. After the test drives we were able to sit down and review the pricing for each of the models in consideration. I did research(Consumer Reports) prior to going to the dealership so I had in mind what price point I was willing to ask for and accept. I was surprised to see that PLT immediately presents you with a Factory Invoice document so that you can see the price theyve paid for the vehicle. There is a difference between Actual Costs(to a dealer) and the Factory Invoice price any dealership will show you. I was a little startled to see the adders(Overhead, Commish, etc.) but they also were willing to present HB(Hold-back) and show it as a deduction from the cost to the purchaser...again, something you should research before going in. To summarize the negotiations I would say they were positive. Craig was again respectful and allowed my wife and I time to discuss our finances and the prices offered for the vehicles. Craig and PLT were willing to negotiate and it didnt feel one-sided. In the end, Craig and PLT were able to get within the range I was willing to purchase the vehicle for. I will add that PLT was very great with my trade in. I was honestly extremely surprised, to the point that my poker face failed. I knew what my third party sale range would be, and I knew what the KBB trade-in value range should be(again do your research prior). PLT gave me exactly what the KBB trade-in value was, and then explained the tax benefits of trading in versus selling on my own. It made that an easy choice. Again, Craig really came through. We had originally intended on using my credit union to finance our purchase, but Kevin Barron in Finance was able to offer my wife and I the exact rate and terms the credit union did. We were able to negotiate the price of the extended warranty(8yr/100,000mi) low enough that it was a "no brainer" decision. I would really like to recommend Kevin. If you are able to choose which Finance manager you deal with, I would steer you to his office. He was very respectful, very informative(but not abrasive or in any way pushy), and he took time to make a personal connection with my wife and I. Every car dealership, like any other business, is in business to make a profit. That is not a crime. Do your research prior to going to the dealership, and be honest with yourself as to what youre willing to pay. 3-5% profit onto Actual Dealer Costs(research) is what is fair. It is up to you to know what that is going in. At Price LeBlanc Toyota, working with Craig Landry and Kevin Barron, I felt like our expectations(mine especially) were exceeded. We were welcomed, respected, and I felt confident upon leaving that we made the perfect dealership selection and car purchase. They will be my first choice for our next car purchase. Plus we were given a whole mess of Price LeBlanc sausage when we left!

My husband and I have owned Toyotas for years, and I have had the pleasure of meeting several Price LeBlanc Toyota service department representatives over the years. The service department seriously has their act together. Even though our previous Toyotas were purchased elsewhere, we were always treated like family in Price LeBlancs service department. Id like to give a special mention to Lauren, who I dealt with a few weeks ago. She stayed on top of the status of my repairs on my Highlander, and she went to great lengths to help me save money on replacement parts. She was great! I have also had a similar experience about a year ago with Kay in the service department. Knowing that the service staff is so knowledgeable and patient and EFFICIENT sealed my decision to buy my next vehicle from Price LeBlanc Toyota. When we decided we were ready for a new vehicle, I was able to find the perfect certified pre-owned 4 Runner at an amazing price. From the moment I arrived until I walked out the door, it was less than 2 hours INCLUDING giving me a tour of the vehicles highlights and taking a test drive. It was a pressure-free experience from start to finish. My salesperson Ali was knowledgeable (and FUNNY!) and handled everything efficiently and to my absolute satisfaction. Keisha from the insurance department came to me to secure an insurance binder for my new vehicle, and she offered to process a quote through Allstate. She was very gracious when I declined her offer and explained that my current insurer has earned my loyalty. Jonathan in the finance department was patient and kind and understanding. He did not pressure me at all, and rather, encouraged me to take the figures home with me and call him in the morning to let him know how Id like to finalize everything. I have confidently recommended Price Leblancs service department to many people, and now I know that the sales department is equally amazing. Buying a new car should be an exciting experience to look forward to, not one to dread. If you want to avoid the typical frustrations that plague car buyers, go to Price LeBlanc. They put customer satisfaction first, and the rest just falls into place. These people will not waste your time with games. Great price, great service, great SAUSAGE!! :) (Yes, they really give you sausage when you buy a car there. lol) Thank you again, Ali! I will gladly send anyone I can your way!!

Id give 7 stars if I could. We had had a terrible time trying to buy a car. We had previously bought a 15 Corolla from another dealership and we loved it! Right up until it was totaled by another driver. We wanted to replace it, so we went back to that same dealership and even though we told them we wanted a 15, he spent the whole time trying to get us to a 16. We told him over and over that we couldnt afford it, and when it got to the point where I begged him to price the 15 just so we could see I realized I shouldnt have to beg him to show me what I want. We left unsatisfied. The next day we were referred through our insurance company to another dealership that said they had 15s in stock. We called to make sure and were told they had tons. We went through a financing process, called the dealership again to make sure they had them ("Sure! Weve got tons of them, just come in!") before we drove our injured selves an hour to them. When we got there, not only did they have none, but they spent the whole time trying to put us in a 16 we couldnt afford. They kept showing us some inventory list that said there were absolutely no 15s in the whole region and we had to buy this car because they were going to give us such a great deal (even though we told them we couldnt afford it). Thankfully my wife called Price LeBlanc and they said they had one left and they could hold it for us if we came now. Can I tell you, the salesman did EVERYTHING he could possibly do to make sure he didnt waste our time! Wendell was just a freaking godsend at that moment. Not only did he have the car, he we test drove it, and he listened to our (sorry, long) tale. He was very direct, super friendly, and more than helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this man, or about the experience he gave us. We will never ever go to another dealership. Ever. And it starts with the way Wendell made sure he could deliver what we needed. We even had fun filling out the paperwork! Cody was a gem! We laughed and joked our way through signing up for the awesome warranties and protections offered. I felt like we were out with friends buying a car, not at a dealership. I really truly cannot tell you how much I appreciate absolutely everything that was done for us at Price LeBlanc. The atmosphere was professional but warm! Every second in that place was a happy one. Were now loyal customers for life!
