I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Acadian Used Cars, me and my sister both purchased a vehicle from there about a year ago and weve been having trouble ever since. I had to get a compressor put on my car in just 8 months of having it. They offer these warranties on these vehicles but then when its time to get something looked at or worked on your car, nobody knows anything, or nobody is there to work on it, and there not honoring these warranties that they are offering you when you purchase these vehicles. Everytime you go there for no matter wt reason they hv different ppl working there, nobody knows nothing about anything. I just took my 2013 ford taurus there last Tuesday bc my car wouldnt start, of course that particular day it started fine but the man never once said, well it could be this let me check, or it could be that let me check, but on the other hand Im hearing from everyone else, it could be the crank sensor, it could be this or that, but they never offered not one time to say oh well lets check this, as long as the car crank the first time, it was ok he was done, so he say well bc its cranking there is no way for me to diagnose wt the problem could be, ive been having to try the car like 8 times b4 it cranks and thats really aggravating, I know its not the battery just purchased one from them thru OReilly last month, took it to auto zone to get them to diagnose it and they said the battery, the strater and the alternator was good, but on the other hand my sister is also having trouble with her kia optima, a noise thats coming from her steering wheel. among other problems as well. Me and my sister both really wish it was possible to return both of them and tell them we no longer want these vehicles. I really think as long as they making money, and making a sale everything else they can care less about, and thats really sad especially if you chose to stay in the car lot business.

Very BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! My friend and I went by to look at the cars there. She looked into a car and they didnt offer any deal. The price they gave her verbally was different by $2,000.00 more at the end on the bill of sale. She gave $5,000.00 down and never drove the car out of the dealership on that Saturday afternoon because they had to fix the a/c on it. On Monday she went to try and get her down payment back and they were giving her the run arounds and refused to give her the money back. Talked to the owner and he was soooo very RUDE! She put in a complaint at the department of used motor vehicules commision and they sent out an investigator. Then after a month or so the investigator told her that all the dealership could give her was $3,500.00. So she ended up loosing $1,500.00. Dont go there, and if you do always check the retail price on any vehicule before making a decision. And definetly dont give them any CASH money, ALWAYS pay with a check that way if you need to you can put a Stop Payment on it.

My husband search the internet for months, looking for a certain year, make and model camaro, without giving up he was able to find it at acadian used cars. We put in a credit application and received and call the next day from Mr. Franklin asking what time could we meet, a time was set, trying not to show how excited we were about being so close to making my husband dream come true, we went back and forth with the price and actually walked away from the deal on the table, but less than 5 mins. later the owner Mike called and we shared the word of God, and the next day we were all on the same page, now im smiling from ear to ear because we got our car today. YES!!! IN JESUS NAME WE ARE TRULY BLESSED!!!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT ACADIAN USED CARS SALES FOR EVERYTHING!!!! FROM THE TAYLOR FAMILY IF YOU WANT A GOOD CAR AND A GREAT DEAL GIVES THESE GUYS A TRY, IT WILL BE WORTH THE TIME.

Office manager, whose name I wont mention was incredibly rude! Was just calling to kindly ask a question about the flyer I got in the mail. I was in shock at the sarcastic rude way she talked to me. I am a nice person and was not calling to be rude, I genuinely had a legitimate question. She almost had me in tears because I could not believe someone could be so rude right off the bat. I wish I could have recorded our conversation so the owner could have heard. I then asked to speak to the GM and didnt get much from her except, "Im sorry you feel that way." Maybe she was having a bad day, I dont know, but that is still no way to speak to someone. ~Kim

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The owner Mike is RUDE as ever, and should choose a different occupation. They sold a car for nearly $10,000, it WOULD NOT START and broke down less than 10 hours later. Here we are a MONTH LATER, and STILL the car is not fixed and has been "being repaired" but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Communication skills LACK SEVERELY. The cars here are obviously JUNK. The employees are all UNPROFESSIONAL. They just give you the run around. Find your vehicle elsewhere please or you will regret it.

I AM PLEASED WITH THE CAR I PURCHASED. I PURCHASED A 2016 NISSAN VERSA SEDAN. JACQUE FRANKLIN WAS MY SALES PERSON. MR. RYAN THE FINANCE MANAGER HELPED ME TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH MY CONTRACT. ACADIAN HELPED GET ME FINANCED WHEN EVERYONE ELSE TURNED ME DOWN. JACQUE AND RYAN HELPED ME BY GIVING BETTER TERM AND GAP WHICH WAS NOT IN MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS USED CAR PLACE. EVERYTHING WAS NOT PERFECT BUT JACQUE AND RYAN THE FINANCE MANAGER HELPED MAKE IT BETTER.

I want to give a "SHOUT OUT" to Wade Bercegeay and Acadian used cars for being so helpful in my most recent car purchase, a 2014 Toyota Corolla. I drove from Morgan City to Baton Rouge because I was told how helpful, experienced and trustworthy Wade is. Huge Relief! Wade was and has been very informative, kind and patient with me. He never made me feel pressured in anyway, which was not the case in my other experiences in the past few months. Again Thank you so much!

Beware of this place. The owner hides behind the good book work but moves like a snake in the night. They will scam you. Do not trust anything they tell you. As I discuss with my brothers and sisters at Immaculate Conception and with my brother with the Knights of Columbus stay away from this dealership you will get rip off and lie to from a person that hides behind the Lord words. Please pass this onto all of our parish friends and family.

My last auto was from Acadian. Would not even consider another dealership when needing new one. Mike, Guy, Ryan, only people to deal with. First, they only deal with excellent pre-owned, they quickly and easily put your package together, everything is top-drawer service. But SELECTION of autos is their forte as well. On any given day I could find 3 or 4 cars to satisfy all my desires. I love Acadian Used Cars!
