Terrible. Arbitration changes their rules constantly. Can never get a straight answer regarding T/A cars or title policies in general. Forget trying to call anyone and get a straight answer. If they do answer their phone youll get a different "rule" from every employee. Or excuses like changing their system. I have not had just one, or even a couple bad encounters its becoming more and more frequent. Ive gotten titles back that I thought I bought from NEW dealer "x" that have been reassigned two different times to USED dealer "x" and even had "manheim New England" filled in on a reassignment. Im not one to ever write a bad review but Ive been lied to way to many times. On a side note Donald in transportation is very very attentive and nothing but professional. The condition reports are great as well. Just be careful with slippery Brendan and any title you get.

I pick up cars from this auction every week, the auction associates are extremely disrespectful, it is nearly impossible to find a sold car with their disorganized parking numbers. After finding your car after an hour of walking the keys are not inside the car and apparently they are with CustomerService in some cases. The drivers of the vans complain how disorganized the auction is.

Love the auction and the cars being sold there, but the customer service and floor plan checkout is horrible. Take a 2.5 hour drive on tuesday morning and after getting there and buying 10 cars a week there, with the customer service there, dont even want to go there.

One of the biggest auctions in New England. Highly recommend to go there to buy cars and trucks. Very professional. Very reasonable. And very knowledgeable people .. the management is there to answer any questions that may arise and to take care of the customers.
