Left here today feeling very disrespected !!! bought my groceries to then after pick up a cortadito at the cafeteria .. As I approached it was very disorganized , people just standing around in front of the glass mostly theyre own employees goofing around and getting food .. I asked the girl behind the counter where the line started to get a cortadito at first she turned her back and ignored me , so I asked again she told me with a harsh tone that I had to get a ticket and wait to be called again no problem seems fair ... My ticket number was 83 they were on 80 ... As they called 81 they had 4 employees for 1 ticket ....... as they were about to reach my number I was rudely skipped as they just started taking people without calling out numbers mind you I had already been standing there almost 15 minutes with about 6 bags in my hand I consider this to be horrible service From beginning to end this happened at 2:30pm it wasnt even busy for them to be overwhelmed .. After all of this I tried to reach out to management which they told me was not present at the time or even available !!

I went for the special they had on gilda crackers for 98¢, but the bag (the same one in the special picture) rang up at $2.19. I asked them why was it more and not the same price as it was advertised. My cashier went and got another version of the crackers, the gigantic version, and these were the ones on sale. But, the ad just described the size of the crackers using the picture of the first bag. Nowhere on it did it say it was for the bigger crackers. Four different workers came and said they could not help me nor could they override the price. I told them it was a bait and switch, which is illegal and left the store. Probably wont go back to this location again. Which is a shame because I really like presidente and this one is close to me.

There is one cashier woman who is really rude, was today at cashier 1 "fast" cashier. i couldnt ask her name but she threw my groceries away, eggs almost got broken. Did not care or handle my merchandise carefully. I want something to be done to her, it is not fair to treat customers like that, if she doesnt like the job why she is there?? I want this to be escalated to a store manager or someone above. I talked to the supervisor but I think she is not going to do anything about it cause she is her friend. I Will never go back again! Uh

The fact that from the moment you walk in it smells horrible is enough reason for me to shop elsewhere. I refuse to buy anything perishable here. In cases of extreme need I have had to pick up things in the past but the experiences have been bad. Their customer service is horrible, the lines are always long, and the place is just dirty. Ive seen cheeses on display with yummy greens growing on it. They always have great specials posted on their flyer but honestly I rather pay more and shop in a better environment.

I first stop buying poultry, because they all are bloody inside close to the bones. Then I stop buying pork meat because half of the times were tough. And today I bought beef and it has a horrible aftertaste. No more Presidente! I know, from somebody that works there, that they do tricks like coloring ground meat (do not ever buy ground meat there!!!). Certainly they are inexpensive, but the are also CHEAP what is bad!!!

Great as usual, if you dont shop there, you should have your head examined... 2lb tomato $ 1.00...5 ears of corn $ 1.00...15 juicy limes $ 1.00...2 of the best pineapples I ever had $ 1.00...sweet red seedless grapes $ 1.00...and so many more great deals, too many to list them all... Get over your preconceived idea and make your dollar go way further than anywhere else...

Its nice that the prices are low and that they have weekly sales. However, some of the items that are on sale are not even in the store. There may be look-a-likes of that product, but if its not exactly as it says on the weekly sales paper then its not on sale. (e.g. you got 40oz. of Vegetable Oil, but the paper says 48oz. of Vegetable Oil)

The cashier didnt took care of my merchandise and took of my things of the bag without took with me first, totally anti-higienic her name was Sara, at the cashier number 3 at 10:10pm and she was talking with her friends bad about me in their language thinking i was not understanding them.

Wish this place was cleaner. It needs an update and should have a better selection of items. However, you cab really save money on groceries here. Some items are worth buying hear. Like deli items, meats, rice, beans, fruits, and vegetables. They typically offer weekly savings too.

This place sucks..a bunch of check out registers, but always one or two cashiers. They close at 9 but wont let you in at 8:50 to get two bottles of water...Uurrrgggghh always a bad experience going there.......... PS...never go on a weekend, unless you have a lot of time to kill..

Well I gave them 3 stars for being open on Christmas Day. Lucky they were I had just flew in from Texas and my mom had NO FOOD at her place cause she had been away for 2 months. Feeww Thanks Presidente!!

There cafeteria food is disgusting I went to grab breakfast about 2 weeks ago and the scrambled eggs had egg shells and they were extremely salty. I will NEVER eat there again.

From a delivery prospective, good luck extremely slow, real tight in back do not enter (semi truck) on snappers fast food side. Been waiting for 5 hours still havent started.
