Today I traveled from Vero Beach all the way to Belle Glade to view, test drive, and potentially purchase the Red 2005 Chevy Suburban they had for sale only to be majorly disappointed. When we arrived to the dealership the sales representative who I spoke to over the phone Sean was so busy that he could not directly help us. After waiting 30 minutes he finally told the car detailer, by the name of Jacob, to take us over to the Clewiston lot to view the car. First of all, a car detailer is not a sales rep. Secondly, he did not even send this gentleman with a dealer tag so that we could test drive the vehicle. Thirdly we have to drive our own vehicle over to Clewiston to inspect the vehicle after driving 65+ miles to come to the original car lot. Once we got to the vehicle we notice several deficiencies. The tires were bald and in need of replacing, the power brake fluid reservoir was missing the cap, the oil was black and need to be changed, the engine waring light was illuminated, there was an oil leak once the vehicle was turned on, it was in need of a detailing and there was a major scratch on the left side fron the drivers door all the way to the rear of the vehicle. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in to lack of service I received as well as the fact that they knowingly tried to sell me a lemon. They wasted my time and the money it cost me to travel to their business.

I just purchased a new 2017 Cruze LS from this dealership. Albert was my salesman and his manager is Eric. We dealt with Joe for financing. I found all dealership personnel to be helpful, responsive, and not pushy. They made it easy to want to buy a car there. We had worked out most of the details on the phone prior to coming in, when we arrived at 11am we found the car right out front, all washed and prepped. We took it on a test drive and found it did exactly what we wanted it to do and then 30 minutes later we were on our way with the new car. Paperwork was a breeze, there was no pressure to purchase anything else and we got the best deal in all of south Florida by $500. I am 63 years old and have purchased many new cars over the years. This was as easy a purchase as any of them. I will not hesitate to go back to them for other cars even though they are 30 miles from home. I recommend them highly and I am in no way connected to this business except for being a satisfied customer!

This is a 100 percent honest and true review. I have never been trade so bad in my life. Albert was an amazing salesman but the management at this place needs to learn some manners and not belittle people. They are misleading people and using bait and switch tactics and I will be reporting them to Cadillac. They post their cars online as Certified with a certain price. Then they try to make you pay for the certification when you get there. They also have some strange dealers fees that they tried to get us to pay. We wanted to buy a used 2016 CTS from them that stated Certified on their website and then they tried to scam us into fees that were not listed on their website and were not already put on the car. They treated us like we were stupid and they laughed at us, not cool. Then they called me back and offered to take the fees off, I wouldnt give this dealership one cent. I feel bad for Albert because he lost money because of their rudeness and bad. Business deals.

A rip off!! Something is wrong with my car. They wanted charged us 95 just to look at it. Over 3 different people checked it out and no one could find out what is wrong with it. Every single one of the people who checked it claimed something different that it could be but not definit answer. They even put it on the computer to check it. Still no one knows. And even the best person supposedly checked it out. Then they wanted to charge $3,500 dollars to "fix" whatever they said it may be but they are not even sure what it could be. They ended charging $75 just to check the car because they couldnt find out what was wrong with it. A follow up call was made to my husband to take a survey about the service they provided today the nerve.

This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Chun Milner provided fabulous customer service and was honest and not your typical "car salesman". Kevin Covert the General Manager was super friendly and personable. Eric Lancaster, the General Sales Manager made us feel right at home and did all he could to get us the best deal possible. We drove an hour and a half to get our car from Belle Glade and were starving. They even bought us some lunch so we could finish our car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will return when I need another car! Thank you Belle Glade Chevy, Cadillac, Buick--a true, hometown dealership with friendly representatives.

Greatest buying experience I have ever done . I called and spoke to Albert and asked about a 2015 Corvette that was in stock and Albert was well aware of it . He had taken this vehicle in on a trade and knew all about it and the owner . We talked several times and I told him that I was looking at a few close to my place and that he said alright just to keep him in mind if I was going to make a purchase he followed up with emails and calls and explained how he did trade in and worked the deal . He gave me a deal that I could not resist and had me in and out in no time . They are all great people there and if you are in need for a vehicle to call and ask for Albert he is the man . F/Z

Did not follow through with what I was told very bad experience I keep calling Albert and he keeps telling me they will send rebate this was back in December still did not get money,I am finding out from many of their employees that they laugh about it and say they dont even get there money and quit, I worked with Albert and his Mgr they told me this because I was not going to take car and his Manager over the phone said he would so I would take the car,Every car dealership I worked with was honest but this one. :( I aways write good reviews but not this one the Cadillac also had ashes inside)NOT GOOD!This was a new Cadillac

first i would like to acknowledge the friendliness of the team! upon arrival i was greeted accordingly and showed around according to my requests, suggestive sales, and also price range. Sales Associate, Tamara Johnson ensured i knew any and everything.
