I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday morning to have warranty work performed on it. When I made the service appointment for it, I inquired about the availability of a service loaner vehicle. I was told by the service adviser that loaner vehicles were not offered and he referred me to Enterprise Rental Car. Their rate for a rental vehicle was $35/day plus taxes and fees. I found this to be unacceptable given that fact that a vehicle under the factory 3 year/36000 mile warranty required repair and the customer would have to incur the significant out of pocket expense to have transportation due to a faulty part. While they were unable to provide a loaner vehicle, they did offer a courtesy shuttle which was able to drive me home, where thankfully I had another vehicle to drive. That other vehicle was a Toyota, which ironically, just the day prior was having a recall performed at Mike Erdman Toyota which is half a mile east of this dealership on 520. I made the appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. On arriving, they promptly got my vehicle checked in and had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting. I was able to continue my day without any inconvenience to me. Within a matter of hours, I received a phone call to inform me my vehicle was ready to be picked up, but there is no rush and to come back any time before closing. When I picked my vehicle up, it had been washed and had the interior vacuumed out. Now, continuing with Boniface, on Thursday evening I received a call from the service adviser telling me what was wrong with the vehicle and that they did not have the part in stock but they would be able to get it tomorrow (Friday) and have the vehicle finished the same day. The next day rolls around and at about 5:15pm I had not heard anything from the dealer. I called and spoke to the same service adviser from the previous day who informed me that the car was ready to be picked up. I asked them if they could send the courtesy shuttle to give me a ride to come pick my car up. He then stated that the courtesy shuttle driver is only available from 8a-5p and said that they are open from 8a-4p on Saturday and I am welcome to come get the vehicle then. Now on Saturday morning, I call the service department again and requested the courtesy shuttle be sent to pick me up only to be told that it is not available on the weekends. After respectfully voicing my displeasure, the shop foreman was able to find an employee to use the shuttle van to come pick me up. On picking the vehicle up, it had not been cleaned at all. While I am not implying this is a requirement, it goes to show that the customer experience is not high on the priority list compared with Toyota and Ford dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Overall, I was not happy with my first dealing with the service department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge. The employees were courteous and my vehicle was repaired satisfactorily, however the communication was poor at best and the lack of loaner vehicles is unacceptable. Had I not had another vehicle available, this lack of communication would have cause me to incur additional inconvenience as well as out-of-pocket expense. If this is common for all Dodge dealer service departments, I will not consider another Dodge or affiliate product in the future when their direct competitors are able to provide a much higher level of service.

"Truly the Best Buy and service EVER!" I have purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. Of all of the purchases to include three purchases from this dealer (this my fourth from this specific dealer location), this was the best experience I have ever had HANDS DOWN! My salesman David Hughes, was the most detailed, patient, helpful and pleasant salesman I have had to date! The store manager Gordon Cramer was both exceptionally helpful and seriously kind and friendly! Even though I was all over the place with what I wanted and was very unsure of what I wanted in the package, they simply walked me through all of my options and even when I was just about to end the experience without buying they were nothing but friendly and very patient and did not pressure me what so ever in what I wanted to buy. Ultimately I was able to make my decision but only because they went the extra mile for me in order to ensure I was both happy and satisfied with my purchase! Honestly, in all of my purchases over my life, I was never able to receive such amazing customer service. In fact, I just recently bought my wife a new car for Christmas from a different dealer (Ford) and I am STILL trying to get issues taken care of after they wrecked my wifes brand new car when she brought it in for an option instal. Which is still not installed correctly after 6 months and endless complaints! Boniface Hiers is hands down head and shoulders above any other dealer in the entire county! Their amazing service makes the other dealers look like rookies! I wouldnt buy another car unless from this dealership! Specifically the owner AJ Heirs, is always available to me for assistance and help! This was the best experience I have ever had. To make matters even better, when I finished my deal, my salesman David Hughes spend well over an hour going over every detail on my new truck. That has NEVER happened before in all of my purchases. David is the best salesman I have EVER had in ANY purchase I have made! He is an exceptional person that really cares about his customers. I am seriously impressed with every bit of the process! I simply cannot say enough good about David or Gordon! Job well done gentlemen! SgtMaj J. R. Hughes Jr. USMC (ret)

The sales rep did a bait and switch on me. We talked on the phone about a "NEW" car I was looking at on their website. After I drove up there to look at and sitting in it, I noticed the "New" car had over 7000 miles on it!! Sales rep tells me, "oh yeah... the dealer owners wife drove it around all the time." WTF?!? Long story short, I re-evaluated the situation and made an offer based on a used model and got a significant discount with added warranty coverage from 3 to 5 years. I thought that was fair since the car DID look new...but I was wrong. I should have just walked. My first experience using the warranty didnt take long. Their service dept. is abysmal. They are clueless and could care less about cust service post-sales. In fact, I think they resent it! Latest experience (and last)... Theyve had my car for 9 days to check ABS and Traction Control sensors, fix 1 disengaged headlamp socket, fix non-functioning AC re-circ., change oil, and investigate a grinding noise when turning steering wheel. After 8 days of not getting a single call, I called and was told "were waiting for parts" but couldnt tell me which ones. "Ill find out and call you back". Then 30 mins later, girl calls me and says "Great news! you can come pick it up."! (Uhhh...I dont think so...) I couldnt get anyone to tell me what happened in the last :30mins and how waiting for parts turned into "its done." Needless to say, they didnt do jack for 8 days but reset my sensors!! Ya think b/c it was a "warranty ticket" played a small part in this disaster? I dunno...just a hunch. Judging from the rest of these reviews, Im GLAD they ignored my car for over a week. Ill be using a different dealer service from now on, to say the least. WARNING!: No matter how nice they seem or what they say, DO NOT find out for yourself how painful it is to deal with this place... youve been warned.
