One of my parking lights is out, my left front speaker doesnt work and here is the best part. Im driving down the road and the low air light comes on, I have had this vehicle a day and all tires are meant to have 35lb of pressure they all had 30 and my front right had 20lb. I know its a used car but the head like and tires should have been taken care of first thing its a basic thing. Im going to stop by today but after reading all of the bad reviews just about the service centers dont even know if I want them too. Update** I took my new to me car in for the bumper touch up, remove the pin stripe, detail, and fix parking light. They called and said it was ready so I went to pick up and upon walking up nothing had been done not even a detail. So this is what they did do. An oil change and air filter change, and the parking light. So they did one thing they were supposed too. So I let them know I was upset and if they werent able to do it they should have called. When I got in my car I had 77miles unaccounted for. I called the service manager and he informs me Tammy car never left the lot. Really?!!! So I contacted the sales manager and he informed me they took it to the Mitsubishi dealer for recalls. Why did no one tell me or replace the gas they used like I had to do in there loner. They are soooo unethical and even though they want to make it right I cant trust them. *** update I took the car back to give them another chance. That was great until the next day when I opened my center console and discovered the worst possible thing imagineable. Apparently my car is infested with German cockeroaches. I bombed it 3 times and collected 20+ dead. Brought it back and they said they have never seen this. BS so now I still have eggs Ill get rid of them myself but this is unacceptable. ** come to find out the dealership who told me they did a safety inspection before I bought. Well come to find out the first time I brought it in was when they did the safety inspection they werent going to tell me because if they were trying to hide this. They should have called and discussed this with me. Also if they werent trying to hide stuff why did I have such an issue getting the itemized list of things done. Then when I found the roaches I found a guy willing to take everything out clean and treat for $200. They refused to cover the cost that would have nipped this situation in the butt. I ended up loosing 4 days of work probably hundreds lost not to mention the extreme temperatures I was exposed too. I found inches of feces and hundreds of eggs under the carpets and plastic. It literally made me sick. They did try to help me get into a new car at $431 a month. Tell me if I could afford that why wouldnt I have just gotten a new vehicle in the first place? Then when I told them I couldnt afford it the Finace manager told me to work more. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I have contacted corporate which contacted them and they lied to them. They responded that they would contact me with a resolution sooooo they didnt. I went up there and asked Joe Kennedy and he told me there is nothing more they can do. So I was as calm as possible told him they should be ashamed of themselves and that no one should ever have to go through this, I have been as civil as possible and will now be retaining a lawyer. They falsely advertised when they told me about the safety inspection and tried to cover it up. I have lost so much money time and work because of this. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: EVERY SALESPERSON AND BUSINESS MANAGER AT MIKE ERDMAN NISSAN ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! I am a single mom, recently divorced and fairly new to Florida. Ive never purchased a car before in my life on my own. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from the dealership. I signed a contract and agreed to pay $250 a month (contract says $249.49 a month) with lots of excitement about finally getting a car. I was assured by Jean Duperval, the salesman, Jonathan Reese, the used car manager and Sean OHarrow in financing (who is new to that dealership) that my financing was secured, they stated "we never do business that way, what ever we put you in you stay in at that price" a week later they requested copies of my pay stubs in which I brought in. I was then told my payments would go up to 277.45. I asked why and Anton, The business manager stated "because we cant get you a lender that will agree to $250 a month" confused and alarmed, I said, I was told my financing was already secured, what are you talking about, Im just here to drop off copies of my pay stubs as proof of income. He then stated "I wasnt here when you purchased the vehicle so I dont know who told you that" I then pointed out all of the names listed above and questioned each of them in front of Anton, the business manager. They all agreed on what they told me however, all they could say was "sorry we thought it would go through"!! Anton then accused me of forging my income on the paperwork that Jean, the salesman drafted in his own handwritting. Insulted, alarmed and ferious, I left the car there and stopped the nightmare. There is nothing upstanding about running a business this way. Honesty and integrity should matter. It was Anton, the sales managers job and responsibility to right that wrong but instead he failed miserably and tried to place blame on me. Writing bad business deals and lying to customers just to get them attached to a vehicle is not the way to make a sale. My payments only increased by A few dollars to my face but who knows how much it would be once I go to make my first payment and then Im stuck. If my credit wasnt good enough to secure financing at $250 there is no way they would be able to secure at $277.45 and I knew this would only get worse. They promised my payments would stay the same but it went up, then they lied about the financing and tried to accuse me of forgery to reverse accountability. They sale lies and place people in serious compromising positions. Ladies, and also guys please dont patronize this business, They are all liars and cheats who stand firmly behind being good liars and cheats!!!!!

This is for the Body Shop at Mike Erdman Nissan...I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tundra from Mike Erdman and someone backed up in to the side of my truck(bed panel had to be replaced along with gas ca, etc.) I decided to have the them do the repairs since I bought the truck from them and it was a horrible experience. I brought it to them on a Monday after they had received parts that they ordered based on Geicos estimate (Why they didnt do their own inspection first Im not sure). I was told the truck would be ready the following Monday and they would call me to let me know. The following Monday rolled around and I called to see how it was going and they told me they hadnt started because they had to order more parts. I would have appreciated a call but fine, it will be another week. They finished early and told me I could pick it up on Saturday morning so when I arrived I found my truck and did an inspection on what they had done. My truck had a spray in bed liner and had to be cut from the bolts to remove the bed for repair. I noticed immediately they they were not repainted and that the trash from removing the bed liner and from the repairs was still in the bed of the truck. I went inside and they handed me my paperwork and keys and said it was good to go. I told them it was not good to go and the manager apologized and said it would be taken care of that afternoon. I returned to pick it up that afternoon and the spray in touch up was terrible. They sprayed the surface of the bolts but didnt touch up around the bolts where the exposed metal from the bed was. The body shop had closed and the service department had my keys so I spoke to the service manager who took pictures and spoke with the body shop manager and said that he would call me Monday. I got the truck home and while driving down the road my wife noticed my tail lights were shaking a lot. One was missing a bolt and the other was hand tightened but coming loose. I never got that call back on that Monday and I called several times during the week and left messages and never got a call back. There is no quality assurance at this body shop and customer service was terrible. I like the dealer but will never have work done by them again.
