This couldnt possibly be the same BMW my husband brought his vehicle to based on the existing reviews, but I verified with him, so Im very confused as to why we were treated so much differently than previous posters. Our experience could not have been worse from start to finish. We recently relocated to TX from MN where we received amazing experience, like you expect when you purchase a BMW. Perhaps thats the issue...non-native Texans or those who dont buy here shouldnt expect a decent service experience. Or maybe its because his BMW isnt the latest model. Anyway, we had an appointment and arrived on time. Apparently, though, they double-booked. Instead of helping my husband first for his 9 am appointment, they helped a woman who came in later for her 9:30 am appointment and made him wait for someone who wasnt his assigned service rep. THEN, after he finally checked in and was able to leave, we proceeded to wait, indefinitely. They NEVER called to let him know what was wrong with the vehicle and/or an estimated fix time. Instead, he had to call back starting around 4 pm multiple times, only to be finally told around 6 pm that: 1) it was a $700 fix but wouldnt be ready until the following Wednesday because they needed a part (this was on Friday, right before the Labor Day holiday weekend), and 2) no he could not get a loaner, that he could probably get one on TUESDAY, the day before his car was to be ready. The rep also proceeded to insult my husband, stating something to the effect of "I spend more than $700 a year on booze so...." I dont understand the relevance of his booze spend to the cost of the repairs, but either way, totally insulting. We are more than able to pay the $700 (and also spend more than $700 on booze), but that doesnt mean it was inappropriate to ask the total cost of the fix before the repair was completed. We should be able to ask without sounding cheap. So there we were, down to one car over a holiday weekend, while family was in town. Then Wednesday finally arrives.....NOTHING. CRICKETS. Starting around 1 pm, my husband began to call. No one ever returned his calls. All we wanted was a simple estimated time it would be ready so we could coordinate work and childcare pickup, but the rep continued to ignore my husbands calls/pleas for information. He called again around 4 pm and demanded to speak to the manager....and waited on hold for 14 minutes. The manager apologized and soon after the rep called and awkwardly apologized. They said the vehicle would be ready at 6, but that wed have to bring it back to complete the state inspection we had requested in addition to the repair, which hello, completely overlooked the convenience factor of having it done while it was already there for 6 days. The manager then said shed drive it around herself, and then have the inspection completed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, neither the manager nor the service rep was in sight. Furthermore, no concessions were made on the bill as a way of saying "sorry for the terrible service, this is not what you should expect of BMW." Also, they took the front license plate cover, and the next week, a new repair need suddenly arose out of the blue. We took it to Bertinis down the road and had great service. NEVER AGAIN will we spend a dime in this dealership. I dont think well ever buy a BMW again, either.

WOW I could go on forever on how Great BMW Of The Woodlands is. They have there stuff together out there. My sales men David was great I am a very patient person and like to take my time. I was looking to buy my wife and car and was looking at 3 different manufacturers and I stopped by BMW 4 times and David never rushed me!!! David never asked to pull my credit right off the bat like majority of dealerships do and to me thats a BIG plus because Im very careful with my credit and I dont want it pulled until Im ready!! The other things that I loved were David my salesman didnt annoy the heck out me by calling everyday like most salesman do. So just this last Monday around 5 I pulled in BMW without calling and decided on a 535I. David was pulling out and saw me and came up to me and I stated I finally made my mind up he said great but I have to leave for his son, I completely understand because I have 3 kids and I knew David had a son because like I said I had already been there 4 times for hours at a time and even keeping David after hours and he never once complained or got annoyed. He went inside really quick and got a salesman Named Dennis and David said he would take care of me. Im not going to lie at first I was hesitant because David had been so great. But Dennis was just as good to me, never rushed me and was very knowledgeable. I picked out my 535I and filled out the paperwork and 5-10 minutes I was approved and back in finance. I always go in pre approved and they knew that upfront and I told them from the beginning if you can beet my current rate Ill finance with and I am very picky about my credit and I told them to only try 1 bank and not shoot my credit everywhere like all the other dealerships do. They held up to there end and beat it and I went through BMW Finance Bank. Back in finance Nikki was wonderful I mean GREAT. I always dread going back in finance were most dealers try to sell you everything and no matter how many times you say no they seem not to get the hint I have walked out of dealerships because of that. Not here Nikki was Great!!! They close at 7 and was almost 8 when everything was done and my salesman Dennis was still there I liked that. We would have been done well before that but I still took another hour decided on a 5 series or a 4 series. Im so happy I went with the 5 series. Well sorry for the supper long review and I could go on more. I wont shop anywhere now except for BMW Of The Woodlands they have a customer for life!!! The Manager of BMW needs to teach other dealerships because whatever hes or she is doing is working!!!! Thank you I just wanted everyone to know I never leave reviews good or bad. I always intent to but life is busy with that aside.

DONT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS! I was in the market to buy an M2 and Ive been looking at every dealership in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. I was placed on a waitlist for at least 4 of these locations (between 6 months to a year). Then BMW Woodlands calls saying they have 4 allocations and can get me a new M2 in 6 weeks! I gave them my build, my drivers license and, insurance information. I ASKED THEM IF THEY NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE: they replied "no well place the order soon." A few days passed by, "oh sorry my Boss isnt in this week, Ill place the order tomorrow." A week went by, "I havent placed your order yet, BUT we just got a new M2 today! The buyer backed out and its up for grabs!" I decided to go to the dealership the next day (45 min drive from where I live) and test drove it, it was great. Then it was time to deal. This car had some functions I didnt like or want like the M Drivers package (driving training course for $2500...). I said I didnt want to pay for a car that had something I dont want. Instead of saying "ok, well place your custom order in and sell this car to someone else" they kept trying to persuade me to get this car now, how its so rare and great, Ill lose out if I dont get this NOW. I said "thats fine, I have my allocation that you promised me and Id rather wait 6 weeks for something I want and not overpay for something I dont." My salesman then says "well, you dont have that allocation anymore, someone else got it. "EXCUSE ME?! why did you give up my allocation?!" "Well you didnt give me your insurance CARD and we never agreed on price, BLAH BLAH BLAH." So they pretty much took away my back up option and are trying to convince me to buy the one on the lot. I wanted $2500 off discount since I didnt want the M Package, they said "Hey, well give you $2500 in SAVINGS for all these additional services (windshield, tire/wheels, extended warranty, etc)." But to get those $2500 in savings, I needed to spend almost $8000 in stuff I didnt want. A few days later I went to BMW Momentum as I knew the Sales Manager there. He showed me the NATIONAL ALLOCATION list for M2s and Woodlands only had 1 allocation which was filled 2 MONTH AGO. This proved to me that this salesman was a liar and even if I got $5000 off this car, I wouldnt have gone home happy. I wasted my time driving back and forth, got stressed out, even left a message for the manager to call back but of course no response. After the whole ordeal I decided to go to BMW West and bought a brand new M3. Even though it costed more, it was what I wanted and I didnt feel cheated out of anything. If you shop here, be wary of their manipulation tactics and shady dealings.
