GREAT. EXCELLENT QUALITY OF CARS AND ASSISTANCE. I had just moved to Houston from Honolulu and was in need of a car. I specifically was looking for a truck. Being a college student, I dont have much of a budget. I spent hours and hours looking at different cars and trucks and went to numerous dealerships. I found that the previous dealerships that I went to were either outrageously expensive or the vehicles looked nothing like they did in the pictures once I got there. My last stop was DDM Cars. I went through the lot and only found good-looking and quality cars; nothing like the previous dealerships that I had been to. I walked right onto the lot and was given assistance right away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Steve was able to help me out to make it affordable for me. He had no problem with me taking a truck to my own mechanic. The truck checked out perfectly, it was only low on oil. He was very proffessional and fixed that for me along with detailing the car. DDM Cars made sure that the truck was completely perfect before selling it to me. Bottom line, I was very impressed with this car dealership and would reccommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality car and a good price along with a good experience. Steve and the staff will take care of you.

Steve was very nice from start to finish. I spent the weekend looking at cars and found a mini on cargurus. When I contacted Steve on Sunday he was very prompt in getting back to me on Monday morning. I texted him about 6ish and he replied letting me when I could stop by. It was quite the drive and I was worried that we wouldnt make it on time. When my family got there Steve greeted me and got the car out for me. He let me test drive it around the area. The low tire pressure indicator was on when I got in however when I mentioned it to Steve he fixed it right away. The buying process was probably one of the fastest Ive done (paying for it outright probably helped). But there was no negativity from Steve when we told him how we would be paying which was a plus (other dealerships where down right rude that I wanted to buy it outright) . In fact the entire time he was very professional and no nonsense. Overall a great car buying experience. Its not a giant dealership which sometimes sends up warning signals but dont let it fool you. Read Steves reviews, they are positive for a reason.

My son recently moved from Honolulu, Hawaii to Houston to attend college. We had a very difficult time trying to find him the right car for over two months until we met Steve of DDM Cars. It is not easy to find a trustworthy source to buy a car from out of state and nearly 4,000 miles away especially completing the necessary paper work. However, Steve was honest, dependable, and trustworthy and went over and beyond to find my son a great Ford F150 truck with low mileage and in excellent condition for a good and fair price. I have worked with many car dealerships especially during the past when I was a City Manager in the rental car industry and this was the most postive experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. DDM happened to be the only dealer to have what I was looking for after having to search for another vehicle due to the flooding in May. Coming from someone who purchased directly from a dealership, I was apprehensive at first about any small pre-owned lot. Happy to say the experience from here is a positive one. They have beautiful cars in their lot. You see the professionalism, pride & care this business has towards their vehicles & customers. The price was beyond fair & the customer service, especially, Steve, is amazing & honest! Ran into a couple issues where he was more than willing to resolve them in a timely manner. We just purchased a 2005 ML350 from DDM Cars. We initially had some bad experiences with other dealers on the internet, but we kept looking and found this car on the DDM Cars website. When I went to look at it, I found it was even cleaner than the photos. After test driving it, Steve let me take it to my Mercedes mechanic in Katy. The mechanic went over the car top to bottom and said hed buy it himself. My funding was going to take about a week to complete. Steve held the car for a small down-payment, and we were able to take delivery today. The process was painless with absolutely no surprises. I would recommend this dealer to one and all.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car from Steve at DDM Cars today. Steve has a great selection of very nice cars that are clean and shiny, and theyre all in great shape. I found the exact car I wanted on the internet from DDM Cars. WYSIWYG - the cars advertised on the internet by DDM Cars (with dozens of photos each) are the actual cars. He had no problem letting my Mercedes-Benz mechanic check it out before I bought. My mechanic said the car was in such great shape, that hed buy it himself! Steve let us take a look at all of their inventory with no pressure or hassle and helped us to buy a reliable car within our budget. So when I decided to buy a car for myself, I didnt even think to visit any other dealer. This time we were treated more like family than customers. Everything went smoothly and the sale was finalized in a short time. Steve, your straight forward nature and honesty is the biggest asset of DDM Cars.
