I was referred to this dealer by a good friend who had purchased a vehicle from Auto Spot about a year ago, and told me they were good people and could get me in a car ASAP. That they did. I spoke with Jimi who was for the most part honest and very personable. I needed a vehicle that night, and they did make that happen. I informed them MULTIPLE times that the check engine light in the car was on before I left the lot, so they told me to come back next week, drop the car off, and they will look into it. Not even 5 days later the car literally falls dead on the freeway while I was on the way to work! I left it for them to pick it up thinking it was a minor issue. WRONG! There was a HOLE in the engine. Mind you this was not an older vehicle and had less than 50k miles on it. So I call to see what is going on, and Greg not only tells me there is a hole in the engine, but also blames me for the issue. Mind you I did not even drive the car more than 250 miles. I ask for my money back or to be placed in another vehicle on the lot considering I only had the car a few days. Gregs answer "No refunds or exchanges. Pay your note and wait for it to be fixed." I also asked the location of the vehicle so that my grandfather, who has been a mechanic for over 25yr, can possibly take a look at the car, but Greg tells me he doesnt know where the car is. Are you kidding me? Didnt you have it towed? By this point I am BEYOND frustrated so I get off the phone and begin doing some research. There are no such things as lemon laws for used vehicles BUT there is a little law stating that if the vehicle has an issue at the time of purchase or is a "salvage title" it either needs to be on the window sticker or plainly stated on the contract. Neither the former or the latter happened. I call back again hoping to get some better news or cooperation from the dealer and they still refuse to give me the location of the vehicle or discuss other options for me. Mind you, I am a full time student and worker. So a car is vital to my life. My lawyer tells me to go get a copy of my original paperwork from the dealer. So I, along with cop, go to the dealership hoping to get some type of cooperation. Same thing. They refuse to listen or allow me to speak, and have the audacity to say, "Dont you have a lawyer? Go talk to him." As I and the officer are leaving he exclaims to me that this is not the first time that he or another officer from his precinct have had to make a trip to AutoSpot for the exact same issue. Oh, and the friend I mentioned who sent me to the dealer has since informed me that he took his car in for a tune up recently only to find out that IT IS a salvaged vehicle. The mechanic told him that his REBUILT front end was falling off and asked was he in an accident within the past yr. Figures huh? I am in the process of suing AutoSpot for my money. My suggestion is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT! They are conmen and crooks. Even with carfax, there are ways to have damages not appear to be as serious as they really were. Lesson learned.

I am trying to post the truth on as many review sites as possible. I want everyone to know the truth about this dealership. I have never experienced anything horrible in my life time. A horrible business, let me start off by saying that. Autospot will rip you off 100%......no more like 110%. I had a problem with my vehicle, I was told to bring my vehicle to Autospot if I ever had problems with it. THE OWNER OF AUTOSPOT got real nasty with me and MADE A TERRORISTIC THREATS TOWARDS ME AND MY FAMILY!!!! SAYING HE WILL FIND ME AND KILL ME AND MY FAMILY! Then said, "BETTER YET ILL FIND SOMEONE TO KILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!" Ill say this I had no problem with Autospot before this incident happen, and all I wanted to see if they could help me out with a situation I had with my car. But to be truthful about my experiences with Autostop they were rocky in the beginning. Id put a $1000 down "A WEEK BEFORE" to even get my car a 2009 Lancer, but "ADRIAN MY CARSALESMAN WHO WORKS AT AUTOSPOT" told me it wasnt even ready yet. But he promised my mother and I that we will have the car as soon as wed put down the $1000. As soon as I got the car I had two weeks to make a $500 payment (which I did made), but after a day of driving the car. They had called me and told me I needed a new "Utility Belt", in which I didnt understand because they told me they did a full check on my car and I didnt need a mechanic to check my car because if there was any problems just bring it back to them and theyll fix it up for me. After that when my "Utility Belt" was supposedly fixed, my "PULLEY SYSTEM" started to make noise, Id took my car back to Autospot because By Law you have a 90-Day warranty. so I took my car back to them and they were very helpful about the situation. But after that 2 months later my car started to break down! Listen Im a college student with a full-time job. I made the dean last year and this semester as well, Im make sure to make "ALL MY PAYMENTS THAT ARE ALL UP TO DATE". I just need my car fixed which they told me they would fix it if I ever I had problems with it. WHICH WAS A LIE!!!! BELIEVE ME DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR CAR!!!! AND IF THEY HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, THEY WILL MAKE TERRORISTIC THREATS TOWARDS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! IVE A FILED A POLICE REPORT ON THEM AND ITS NOW IT A ON GOING INVESTIGATION. God Bless, be safe out here.
