RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have by far the worse customer service ever. They give you a vehicle that will work for the first few days and then it breaks down but all they tell you is that it is your responsibility to take care of iy. The promised you a false guarantee program. It is 3 people besides myself that are going through the same issue. You will be better off paying a higher interest rate on an actual dealership that understands and can communicate with you professionally and are upfront honest with you about your purchase. This place will hung up the phone on you just to avoid dealing with you. Once you purchased a vehicle with them they will no longer be treated with a smile nor less take care of any issues you may have. If you are reading this, please know that this is the first time I am placing a review online about a business. It takes a lot for me to get upset and I am very understanding about my responsibilities but I had it with this place and currently looking for a solution to get away from them. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE FALSE PEOPLE.

Ive been working at getting a vehicle from MN auto for months. Kevin is the only reason I purchased from there. When I first applied to buy I wasnt contacted. So I called the gulf location where I spoke with Kevin. He was honest and kind. He didnt tell me crap for me to buy. Honesty is a huge thing with me. I didnt make a deal when I went to the gulf location because the manager annoyed me within 2 min I walked out. I went to the humble location where I was greeted by Jose..... if you know him I dont have to say anymore. Kevin is the ONLY reason I bought from them. I found another vehicle nicer and the same price at quality used cars in new caney. But Kevin had worked his ass off for me and I felt that loyalty should mean something so I went there. Credit wasnt an issue Ive got good credit and was approved at ford but again Kevin always went above and beyond knowing I wasnt ready to buy, knowing one day I would be ready and it would pay off when I was. His patience and understanding sold your 09 mustang. I never drove it, never sat in it and bought it via phone because he was that good. Congratulations Kevin for 100% making that sale!!!

This is the worst place you could possible decide to purchase a vehicle. My wife purchased and car from them and the transmission had problems. They said they fixed the problem and it broke down a few weeks later when she was out of town. The mechanic there said the last place that worked on their (MN Auto Finance) owed her the cost of repairs which she is still battling. The transmission went out for the fourth time today. It was just worked on again 4 days ago. They refused to give my wife copies of the work they had done on the car. My wife had no ride until her friend or myself got off work. They asked her to leave. She sat on the sidewalk waiting for a ride only to find out they called the cops on her. Luckily the police were understanding of what was really going on. The police went inside and got the service records they has previously failed to provide my wife. If they do not reimburse her and apologize for the way she was treated, they will be taken to court. The other mechanic has tons of pictures of their shotty work and is ready and willing to testify.

This dealer is made up of the biggest jerks on earth. They harass the customers and install remote lock outs on all the cars. One day late on your payment, they lock you out..My GF and I recently moved from Texas to Florida and had to change to a florida licensed insurance company to get the vehicle registered (the law). she canceled her Texas policy and got a new policy in Florida. It took 2 days for the insure to send the INS info to them.. So the very day that they got the notice from the texas insurer that the policy was cancelled, they sent a repo order and took the car in the middle of the night (1 frikin day) She had full coverage, proved it..now they wont say "sorry" but are demanding she now go get it out of the tow lot and pay the fee, $1100+...if you really want to be harassed, and lose every penny you put into a car whenever some Jerk there has a bad day..buy from them. Im sure that no one has ever been able to pay off a loan because theyll repo em if you are "rude" to them on the phone even..run from this place, run run run

when I got my care I had just moved here to Houston. when I first got the care it was infested with roaches, they infused it that didnt work, then after that the airbag light is still on I got this car in may 23 2016 I asked them to trade me out of the car they never did they was talking about more money down. Im like no cause they knew this care was infested with roaches. I dont do roaches. I never dealt with a company who dont like to compensate the customers. now the problem I have is every time I buy brand new tires for the car they are always going on flat. I think its something that has to do with tire rods. they always hanging up the phone on me just so they want have to deal with me. so Ive decided to take them court on a lemon law charge. this car is lemon. they not trying to fix anything now Im also having transmission problems. I will never deal with these people again. they are worst and horrible people to deal with.

At this point I would no longer like to have any dealings at this location. I feel as if I’m getting nowhere. For almost a year I had been paying notes for the Jeep Commander and currently paying for a Ford Escape that didn’t even last up to 60 days. I feel as if I’m paying for loaners. I’ve been paying them for almost a year and I’m not even close to owning any vehicle. I honestly would like my money back because this is ridiculous. The salespersons are very unprofessional; they lie and hang up on you if they don’t like what you’re saying. I looked this location up online and their reviews were unbelievable, I wish I had done so beforehand. Come to find out, this has been going on for years at this location; they would have never received my business if I had known. I would never recommend anyone I know to this car lot.

The customer service is absolutely horrid! I went to the Humble, TX location. Yes, theyll sell u a car without running your credit, but after that dont give two ****s about you! Ive literally been on hold for over 15 minutes for the simplest question. Their payment center has unneeded attitudes and makes it a hassle for you TO pay! I regret going through them for a vehicle and would NOT refer anyone there!

This place us perfect I wouldnt buy from anyone else except for Kevin he works his butt off for deals and tells the truth about everything I asked for. It was the best experience for a car deal,and if Kevin wasnt there i wouldnt have bought from here
