I went in to sell a 2016 F-150 that was just too much car for a commuter. Charles Turk knew the importance of how a car feels. He didnt walk to a car on the lot he needed to move and try to sell me on it, he let me pick and I found a nice Toyota Corolla. The experience was wonderful. Until a month had passed. The car works fine, and I still commute today, but I swear I turned that truck over to them a month ago, and I logged into my account to see that nearly $700 had been withdrawn from my account to pay for a truck that I no longer had in my possession. My loan hadnt been paid off and to compound matters the payment on the Corolla with my new loan was due in two days, and it is December, so now Im down about $1000 during Holiday Season. I contacted the Finance department but they took about two days to find out why the payoff hadnt gone through. I wasnt given a reason, or told why the payment wasnt done, though it was implied that Thanksgiving and the Holiday nonchalance was the reason my deal hadnt processed. (i.e. Banks are closed and people dont really do work, they just show up and attend work) The dealership had asked for a 14 Day payoff amount, then took 28 days to pay off the loan on my old car and compound the it into my new loan. They were very quick to get my payments started with my new loan, but extremely slow to take on their responsibility for the truck I had traded in. The net result: Im now $1000 down during December between the truck payment I shouldnt have and the corolla I just purchased, and I wont be having a very merry Christmas with that kind of loss. I sent the finance department of the dealership an image of the amount withdrawn from my account, and he has offered to send me a physical check for half the amount. HALF! HALF! $320 and a refund from Navy Federal of $160 that was interest for the time period in which it wasnt done. When I asked the reason Im eating a $200 and some hefty change loss, I was given the reason of Thanksgiving and holidays. Assuming that the Whole week of Thanksgiving was off for this company, thats 7 days lost, only 5 of which are business days anyways, out of a 30 day period. I was informed that the dealership was given a 14 day payoff date. Seems like somebody really didnt want to be at work considering its more than a month later. I love my new car. I love my new rate, I even loved the deal I got and the people that are there. I even feel bad for Chris who helped me set up my loan and explained everything because he sorted out all of this and made it clear, and had his game on point. Chris for staying on the phone with me and working with me Im very appreciative, and you have my utmost thanks for your time. Im disappointed with the person in charge of pay offs who decided that $1000 out of my bank during the Holiday season doesnt matter to my family as long as he gets to spend time with his and doesnt have to think about work. That the car in the lot of the company he works for should be paid out of my pocket because of his "Ill get around to it" attitude. Again, if this deal had been done in the Spring, would have been fine. But reviews arent about what ifs, they are about what happened. End of the day, and long term, Im out $200 bucks and some change for this and I have to delay Christmas shopping and really have to budget tight this month, all because of one employee who just didnt feel up to it, but it did affect my credit, my monthly finances, my sleep schedule, and my Christmas. A simple phone call at any point, could have told me they were behind, but they chose to let my payments go through. Seems really convenient. This is a great place for a car, but stay on them once you purchase or youll get a surprise.

I am super Overjoyed that my story has a Magnificent outcome. I was in the market for a luxury vehicle yet I have less than luxurious credit. I was very resistant to trust a salesperson or even a dealership. I was afraid that I would be turned down or taken advantage. Through precise marketing I found my salesperson Mr. Leverson "Tee"! When I told him that I was in the market for a high end vehicle he told me to come in and take a look. When I got to the dealership I was amazed that they had almost any Make that a person looking for a Distinguished vehicle could choose from. Mr. Leverson was patient and very sympathetic to all of my needs and shortcomings. We came to a conclusion I test drove the vehicle that I liked and I feel in Love with it. Although I was not going to buy that day we did the needed paperwork so that we could ensure that the car would be mine, when I was ready. I was not pressured and we continued to touch basis and then the day before I was ready to finalized my deal my paperwork was put into motion and I walked in to complete the deal. I am extremely happy that I found the car I had wished for four years prior and that I am today Driving my dream car! Tee is an exceptional representation of sales and customer service.

After a really nasty experience with a different dealer my husband said to give Nexcar a call. I was extremely skeptical however right from my first phone call Robert put me at ease. He was friendly and professional answering my questions with factual responses as opposed to typical sales smoozing. I explained my situation and that I did not think there would be a way to work out a deal based on the previous experience. He assured me that if I could spare one hour his finance folks would be able to tell me what they could or could not do. I gave him a shot and true to his word he was ready and available at our designated appoinment time. He was patient, kind and professional and within that first hour we knew exactly where we stood, what could be done, and all with no run around or games. I am very excited to say after multiple cheers and pictures, I am the proud owner of the BMW I have always wanted, with financing through a reputable lending institution. Not only did I get the car that I have always wanted, I recieived phenomenal customer service and will recommend these folks to everyone I know, and maybe even some folks I dont! I just purchased a car from NexCar over the weekend, I Spoke with Iman over the phone first and he was reallly nice and Sympathic towards my situation, as far as my credit. I was running later than i thought and was afraid the car i wanted so badly would be sold, Iman made sure the car was there for me when i arrived. I test drove the car and fell in love with the outside and inside. Iman did not give me the run around and the sale was hassle free. He was patient and did not try to put me in just no any kind of car. Which all the cars on the lot is very nice and up to standards. All the dealerships i have been to lately was not helpful and not willing to make sure not only am i happy with the car but that i am satisfied with the sale and the customer service, this dealership Specialized in just that!!!!!! Iman You are such a GREAT Person and i really do thank you for getting me into a car of my dreams!!! You have earned all my business for the future, and will surely tell family and friends to come see you!!!
