My wife recently purchased a used Range Rover after having driven a Jeep Cherokee for the last 15 years, the same one. The experience with the salesman was about what you expect when buying a car. Not overwhelmingly great but not at all bad. The salesman found two people to examine the vehicle with the first being a disaster and apparently the second wasnt much better as he stated there were no faults at all with the vehicle, this is the risk you run when purchasing a used car from out of state. The only real issue here was that clearly there was a faulty sensor which was a prior issue as when it arrived and we started for the first time the sensor was bad. The biggest issue was that when it arrived the air suspension was collapsed and the spare tire pictured with the vehicle on the Nxcess website was nowhere to be found. The salesman could not tell us if the tire was in the vehicle when loaded or not, therefor I have no way of knowing where it went missing. The following day my wife called the salesman who put her in contact with Edward the GM and he assured us that everything would be taken care of. To the credit of the dealership they paid to have the suspension fixed and said that they would ship us a rim with a tire immediately. It has now been a month since purchase and no tire has ever been delivered. 5 days ago I found a tire with about 30% of its life left and used rim in adequate shape on eBay and sent the info to Edward. It was 299 for the tire and rim with many rims alone selling for 350 and above. I felt this was a fair solution to wrap this situation up and for me to leave a very positive review saying how they went above and beyond to make everything right. However we have ended up feeling dissatisfied and lied to. Still waiting for the tire we purchased with the vehicle. The tire finally arrived! Thank you Nxcess we love our vehicle

Nxcess had a 2007 BMW 328i for sale at $23,850 with 21,773 miles. I test drove this car and discovered a interesting smell of chemicals and not a new car scent. I asked to see a CARFAX and it stated that the car had never been in an accident and there were no major problems REPORTED for this car. I asked the internet sales man if the car hold a blue title" and do they have a return period if I decided I didnt want the car and his response was no they dont have a return period but the car has a "blue title". On the third day I went back to take this car to be inspected by a certified BMW mechanic shop only to find out that the car had been in a rear end accident therefore the BMW warranty that came with the vehicle would have been void due to the fact that the car was not repaired by an authorized BMW mechanic shop. I also discovered that the car had been water damaged and the scent I was smelling were the chemicals being used to cover the MOLD and MILDEW scent growing in the car. The mechanic shop also found that the right rear/trunk area has paint overspray. End result, I spent 100 dollars to get this inspection done only to save myself 23,850 plus thousands of dollars out of pocket expenses to repair the car. The certified BMW mechanic recommeneded me NOT to purchase this car due to costly mechanical problems that was waiting to fail me in the future. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PURCHASING HIGH-END LUXURY VEHICLES FOR A CHEAP PRICE AS THEY COULD BE POST HURRICANE CARS!!!!!!!! MSNBC HAD A SPECIAL ON HURRICANE CARS BEING SOLD AT USED CAR DEALERSHIPS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THE DEALERS ARE NOT INFORMING THEIR CUSTOMERS OF THE TRUTH BEHIND THE "GOOD PRICE"! Good Luck.

This place sells high-end luxury vehicles. If youre in the market for a high-end luxury vehicle, DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY here. Take your hard earned money to another dealership. I have been recommended to this place and have purchased several vehicles from this place. The owner of this place will flat out lie to your face regarding the car fax reports. I recently purchased a bmw and the car fax reported damage to the vehicle and I was told that it was only a "minor" issue. Turns out it was a total loss and that NXCESS had fixed the fender and did an extremely poor job of fixing the fender and an even horrible paint job. I have since sold the vehicle back to NXCESS. The other reviews for NXCESS report warning lights for their vehicle. They never ever turn off. I have taken my car back to NXCESS for that issue and have never solved that issue. Another issue with car keys. The 3 vehicles we have bought from NXCESS ALWAYS HAVE ONLY ONE KEY!! They always make you pay for your key and the programming out of your pocket. If they make your pay for the key, just get up and walk out. DO NOT BUY THE CAR NO MATTER HOW CHARMING THE SALES ASSOCIATE IS. They will go halfies with you, which is better than buying the $300 key yourself. I agree with, Kerwell Liao, the previous reviewer for NXCESS. The managers and the owners of NXCESS, Tan Ong, are on their own personal agenda. They disregard every business ethic in the book. They do not have you put customer first, they really care about themselves and their own bottom line. STAY AWAY FROM NXCESS motorcars.

Found my BMW 335I on Ebay and contacted Jacek right away!!! Found my BMW 335I on Ebay and contacted Jacek at NXCESS right away!!! We agreed on a price over the phone for the car so I told him I would come up to the dealership on Friday. I pulled into the dealership Friday morning and they were detailing the car at that time. Jacek came out and introduced himself and handed me the key to go and test drive the car. I took the car for a 15 minute drive and was impressed so when I got back Jacek took me into the finance office and proceeded with the paperwork. I was done with all of the paperwork in 20 minutes. This was a great buying experience purchasing this vehicle from Jacek at NXCESS motors and I will be looking to purchase another vehicle for my wife at this dealership. Also, Id like to say that Jaycek is a real professional and a great no pressure car salesman. He is very enjoyable to work with and goes above and beyond to close the deal and make his customer happy. One thing I must say is that every time I called Jacek on his cell phone, he ALWAYS ANSWERED IT, I MEAN Every single time, and I must of called him over a dozen times throughout this deal. I am so sick of calling people who you are dealing with and you always get their voicemail, not with this guy!!! Thank you Jacek for your professionalism and helping me to finally get my 1st Sweet BMW!!!!! Sincerely, Mike.

It is a shady and low-balling place and you should not buy from them for the following reason: 1- All of their cars are polished with cheap colored polished that gets removed once the car is washed. [check the back area of their dealership] 2- Their service is so disgusting and shady , once you sign the contract you will not be able to return the car even if it is 5 min after purchase !! 3- Try all other dealers and it is a norm for them that you can return the car in one week from purchase date. 4-Cars over priced in general, dont get deceived by the fancy expensive cars at the front lobby, the place is so cheap. 5- Before you buy from them, just take the year and model of the car that you want to purchase and compare the price against other similar cars at Carmax, Texas Direct Auto etc.
