CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.... But I must say I purchased a vehicle from here 2/9/17 2013 Ford Fusion SE A 6 days AFTER HAVING THE CAR I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW THE CAR JERKS REALLY BAD AND SMELLS LIKE ITS BURNING. THEY IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME TO CALL THE WARRANTY PEOPLE. I was shocked because if I need to call the warranty people that fast some is wrong.... so I did I took the car to PEPBOYS which the guy there drove my car and told me that something is wrong with the TRANSMISSION it has 10-15 second delay is gear changing this is when the RPM GOES FROM 0-4 than it stays for those 10-15 seconds than the car jerks n it drops to 3 and stay there for 10 seconds than it drops n jerk again etc etc until it gets in its last gear... they told me they would need to rebuild me an whole transmission and I would be without a car for 5-7 days called to let warranty people know they told me they dont cover rental cars in the beginning.... so at this time I just put all this money down for this "LEMON" and Ive been driven around depressed every time I stop at a red light or a stop sign this happens when I begin to leave the light or stop sign its very irritating.... a week later the AC WENT OUT IN CAR AND WAS BLOWING NOTHING BUT HOT AIR... they told me to submit a claim........every shop was so busy that they said I would have to leave car and etc for days..... next 3 days as Im doing an uturn it feels like my car is running over the front wheels or going in a ditch and back out again.... Ive called them every week of the month Ive been having this car I dont think anyone who but their trust an a car company would want to be going through all this in a month having to submit claims and etc I work 6 days out of week 9-7 Monday - Saturday I never have time to just leave my car somewhere I have to work its very frustrating and Im really unhappy and Im looking into this further because this is like pain n suffering I call they say "what yu want is to do.?? Just call this number and etc" like this is crazy and I havent even paid the first car note cause its not due yet now this is whats sad.!!!!! Im pissed..... I will find away to get out this car and get my money back idc its too much hassle.!!!!

I went in on Wednesday night to just take a look at a few cars. Van (who now is at the 45 location) was super helpful. We did a small amount of paperwork so when I walked out on to the lot I know exactly what was available in my price point. He didnt push for the sale, just wanted me to have all the numbers. This past friday I went back in an the wonderful Trisha Cox helped me complete the sale. She is AMAZING. The car that I had my heart set couldnt be sold to me because a recall that hadnt be taken care of. She took her time & found me the same make & model but one year newer will 20K less miles & cheaper!!!!! She even drove me down to the Southwest location to see the car in person & insured that I loved it. Now I only have one single complaint. I had worked a full day (10+ Hours) this process was supposed to take 2 hours, now keep in mind we had to find me another car & drive to go see it so I understand we were going to go over that time frame. What wasnt okay is once we got back & completed the paperwork. I watched Trisha walk up to the counter & give my paperwork to the guys to process me through, take my payment & do my contract. I waited for well over an hour & half for this one step. I watched another customer who was still getting proof of insurance when Trisha handed in my paperwork; get process, paid their down payment & contract signed & then drove off. I was the last one out the door at almost 10pm. Even when they could clearly see I was tired & upset didnt push to speed up at all. My advise go in see Trisha, just dont go in after 4pm unless you know without a shadow of doubt the car you want is there & waiting for you. Or else like me youll spend 5 hours & 45 minutes.

Great experience buying the the car except for a few mishaps that I had that were handled quickly. This is a notice to potential buyers, all is well as long as your car is running, I bought my car 10 months ago and the transmission went out on the car. Once i had it towed to the shop, diagnostic came back with a lot of issues that should have been caught at purchase. I am well under my mileage for warranty to cover these repairs, but cant seem to get DriveTime, the warrant company and the auto shop on one accord. It has been over a week that I have been without my car. I feel that DriveTime got over on me with purchase of this car. I owe a lot of money on this car and I am sure my payments wont stop while the car is in the shop. I just need definate answers on when I am getting my car fixed. My life and job is being affected by this with no clear end in site.

My boyfriend and I had been referred by friends of ours, who knew we were in the market for a new car. We couldnt be any happier with our decision! From the moment we walked in, everyone was very helpful and nice, especially Edrika who definitely went above and beyond. We ended up leaving with a beautiful new car and not once did we feel as if we were being "pushed" into making a decision or as if we were taken advantage of as I have in the past at other dealerships. We definitely will be sharing our wonderful experience with everyone we come in contact with who is in the market for a vehicle, as our friends had done with us :)

Drive Time Northwest Freeway Houston Tx is an excellent place to buy a car. I went in to purchase a vehicle not knowing what to expect. I did the application online and went into the store. I was immediately approved and my down payment was extremely reasonable. Before I came here I was trying to have everything done at the 45 North location bad idea. I called drive time northwest location and Oh my gosh best decision I ever made. Donte answered and was making things happen literally! I called at 11:00am by 1:30pm Mack called back saying everything was good to go for me when I got here I was approved. Jamal just finished everything up for us and my husband and I got here at 7:00pm we are now driving off with our new vehicle! We definitely recommend anyone coming here they make the process pain free and easy!
