Loan Star Motorsports/Texans Auto Group is truly the best place to buy a used vehicle – it makes you feel like you just bought a brand new car!! I had an amazing experience – Jerry, the owner, is wonderful. Everything was super easy and quick – he takes care of everything he can for you, and doesn’t waste your time. He will take the time to answer all of your questions, and give you as much information as he has (I got a Carfax report for the entire life of the car I bought!). He only has vehicles with low mileage – which makes it even more fun, since you have plenty of options in one place. Pretty much any kind of car, truck, van, sports car, SUV, crossover, etc., that you are looking for, he will more than likely have. He has 4 lots, so be sure to ask him what you want if you don’t see it, and he probably can meet your needs. Also, they are all inspected and serviced, so you know you are getting a quality vehicle. They check the tires and brakes, and make sure you are making a safe purchase for your family. He is a very honest guy, and a family man himself – not a car salesman just trying to make a buck. He wants you to be happy with your investment, and I very much am! I am definitely recommending all my friends and family go see him before going anywhere else. I shopped around, and there was no comparison – you won’t find anything with mileage that low, priced that reasonably, without sacrificing quality; not to mention, some cheese-ball salesman just trying to get a commission. The one thing is, though – since they are such great prices for low-mileage cars, they go fast – so go check them out before shopping around! A+++

I have just arrived into the USA and off course needed a car. I was a bit concerned about buying a used car as I didnt know the US market. I had looked around at least 20 car lots and was reaching the end of a very frustrating search having seen a lot of junk around and listening to a lot of BS from dealers. Texans Auto Group were my 21st car lot. And what a breath of fresh air they proved to be, Jerry really spent a lot of time showing me the cars on the lot and talking through the pros and cons of each, he never pressured me once into buying anything and really listened to my needs and concerns. I left to think about all I had heard, and continued to search the net for better buys, but my searches always came back to TAG. The vehicles are what we call in the UK "Honest".. low mileage, clean, well maintained and reasonable priced. And off course I used Car Fax to corroborate everything Jerry told me about various cars. I returned a few days later and put a deposit down on a VW. Charles in the office is an absolute gentlemen, infact the whole sales team are polite and responsive. Charles took me through the paperwork and helped with the payment process. All in all a seamless event.. I would highly recommend that any buyer at least contact Jerry and the team for options, in fact I plan to get a second car for my wife and am considering other TAG vehicles on the lot..

I purchased my car at the end of Jan and left a 5 star review. The check engine light was on and the radio didnt work. The radio was repaired and Jerry told me his mechanics were making repairs to correct the check engine issue. In the first 2 months, it was with Jerry more than I had it. I have had the car 6 months and it needs a new timing chain and engine work. What makes me the most mad and the reason for this edit to my review is that I was told by Jerry that spark plugs and minor maintenance had been done. He even showed me the boxes to prove their work. I have now had 2 mechanics tell me some of those things have not been done. Jerry put bandaids on the issues to sell it to me and now Im paying for a huge expense even with the almost $2000 warranty I purchased. I expressed to Jerry that Im in my car most of the day for my job and with my kids. I did not want to be stranded with my kids and thats what has happened. I will not ever be back. They lost good business to deceive me for one sale.

I have moved to Houston found a great job in few weeks and only thing I was missing was a reliable, good car. There are many dealerships in Houston and I visited quite a few of them however, couldnt find one that would actually be totally honest with me and give me a good price. That was unit I came to Texans Auto Group, their team gave me all information about the cars as I requested and the best part was that the information was genuine, i purchase vehicle from them in a great condition and for a perfect price that was within my budget. My brother is relocating to Houston as well in next few weeks and I will definitely take him to Texans Auto group to purchase a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for reliable car for a great price and sales team that actually knows what are they talking about and doesnt sugarcoat the information.

In the beginning the people who are texans auto group were very helpful ,this you would expect ,and even thou i bought my 2009 mini clubman as is, they went out of their way to help resolve a few minor things. i had little money so i needed a creative finance solution and they help me to create one,i even had to altar my agreement and they were very helpful. charles my sale person even came and pick me up and also came and pick the mini up one morning so they could take care of a few things,and returned the car back to me that eve. tomorrow i will go get my plates and sticker .o by the way they arranged my car insurance with state farm and i shop around and the state farms was competitive . they are a one stop dealer with honest and helpful attitudes.i recomend this group without hesitation .good luck with your next car deal. My name is Thea i was looking for a car with low miles for over 2 months going from one place to another and finding out that what i was being told is totally different from what i saw until i found Loan Star Motorsports the only dealership that has over 40 used cars and trucks with very low miles. I was extremely impressed with every single car from the way it was detailed, the miles they had, the information provided on the stickers hanging on the cars, the professional sales staff that made me feel home, the process was super easy and fast i was in and out of the place in less then 30 minutes which was unheard off i am extremely satisfied and i will always go back to Loan Star Motorsports and will refer all my friends and family to Loan Star Motorsports i am in love with my car ...thank you Jerry
