Bought a 2008 F250, overall a nice truck and nice guys to deal with. The dealership had just moved to a new location and it was very disorganized. They claimed that the truck went thru a 200 point inspection with some company called Manheim and was ready to go. I dont know what Manheim does but this truck was far from being ready to go. Several issues that I emailed to the owner and explained every issue with no response back. The truck was not properly detailed prior to me taking delivery. However the owner insisted I take delivery on a Friday when I told them I would wait until Monday so the truck could be properly detailed. They refused stating they didnt want the truck on the lot for the weekend crowd to see. The guy I test drove with also stated there was a couple of small items inside the truck he would fix before letting it go and that wasnt done either. When I left with the truck I got exactly 4 miles down I-10 before the truck ran out of diesel. Most dealers will make sure a vehicle has at least a 1/4 tank of fuel. Nice guys and an easy buying experience mainly because my credit union did most of the work. But I would not go back. Update to dealership response - Lets correct the misinformation you are giving out. You were the one who insisted I take the truck on a Friday. You were the one who said you could not get your detail crew there until Monday. I said I could wait until Monday, You were the one who said no because you didnt want the truck on the lot on Saturday when people came by to shop for vehicles. I emailed you twice with no response prior to leaving feedback on here and detailed exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. You did not respond to my emails so I left feedback on here. So get youre story straight before you try and spin doctor your response. Lastly the truck was on empty and ran out of diesel 4 miles down the road.

UPDATE Worst car dealership in Texas they sell flood cars be careful. INTER SUCKS This just gets better and better 3 new 5 star reviews in the last 2 weeks all 3 of them have 1 review and contribution for INTER-MOTORS!!! Alan your a silly man. You need grammar and spell check on your fake reviews. DUDE get creative and stop being so cheap and pay someone to give you 5 star reviews. Alan failed to meet my customer service expectations. This review is only regarding rude customer service. The vehicles Inter motors had seemed to be of good quality. As you can see, Alan responds very rude to each person that has left a poor review. Alan acts as if the customer is in the wrong in every circumstance. If you notice in 90% of his 5 star reviews, the reviewer has only 1 review which is a 5 star for Inter Motors? If you pay attention to Alans grammar and verbiage in his responses to other customers, its identical to the person giving the 5 star review ( Gabby Lee Shawn Smith Sinan and Dale Johnson) are all examples of fake profiles. I would recommend if you are going to make fake profiles to give yourself a better google rating, you should at least review a few different sites and change your writing style to not make it so obvious. People are not as dumb as you think . I would challenge you Alan to take a few customer service classes to improve your customer interactions and reputation. If you are going to respond to this review please do not respond ignorantly as you have with your other real customers.

WHAT KIND OF OPERATION ARE YOU RUNNING. ALAN would sell a lemon to a elderly war veteran. I called Alan he started the conversation by calling me a silly American. Alan then went on to tell me he and his partner knew how to make people see it their way He tried to sell me a F350 he claimed had zero accidents. The very next day I googled the VIN and saw the truck was a flood truck from Orlando FLA. I was told these guys are into some really shady stuff besides selling cars. I dont want any problems with them so i will remain anonymous. I do know why they named the dealership INTER they want to bend you over and INTER you literally. Alan stop explaining yourself OWN WHAT YOU DID

I recently purchased a vehicle from Inter Motors. I cannot complain. The vehicle seems to be decent and of good quality. He offered me the highest amount for my trade in, and he seemed to be fair and friendly. I am only giving him 4 stars because of the wait time. I assumed all the paper work was being gathered prior to me arriving to pick up the truck, but it wasnt. I definitely recommend Alan and Inter Motors. I look forward to doing business with him again in the future. Update: 8/18/2017 For some strange reason, I still have not received my plates. Ive been riding with paper tags for 3 MONTHS now! Then I was told that my paperwork was held up, 3 months later and that I needed to resend a copy of my DL and have the vehicle re inspected because it has been past 90 days. Well we did that, and were still waiting on plates and tags. This is bad business.

Got a really good truck (F250) at a great price... what else can you ask for? I had the truck checked out before I bought it, and now 4 weeks later and over a thousand miles, have found nothing I did not expect going into the transaction.. Again, I had it thoroughly inspected and tested before I bought it. Alan and the guys were very helpful and it was an all-around good experience. I will be back when its time for other vehicles, and will recommend to friends. Just an FYI, ALL used autos are a bit of a gamble, these things are mechanical, many things no one can predict or detect. Always save some back for later repairs, youll be far happier.

I have done business with Alan for over 20 years and he is a man of his word. I have bought and sold numerous vehicles and he has never steered me wrong. Sure I have had issues with a few vehicles but Alan and his team have jumped on them immediately and correctly them with minimum effort on my part. I highly recommend if your in the market to go see Alan and Inter Motors!

I first went to Inter Motors last weekend.. I was happy with their way of doing business, it was no pressure. waiting for my settlement, they worked with me and held the truck. They were also fine with me taking the truck to my mechanic for inspection.. All checked out.. I brought my new truck home yesterday. Thank you guys for working with me.. Inter Motors is place to go
