This is my first purchase at Sierra Steel Harley Davidson. I have browsed there a couple of times but today would be more than a Chili or Rib cookoff. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Erika. She quickly got to know my wife and I. Erika was able to answer all my question promptly. I had done my homework, I had a list of things I wanted and better yet, I knew what I did not want. Not having to settle she quickly found us a 2017 Ultra Limited in the color of my choice. We negotiate and quickly agreed on terms. While negotiating with Erika, Steve Adams came over to say hi and ask us if there was anything we needed to let him know. I later learned he was the owner. It was nice to see a working owner. Back to Erika. Erika provided excellent customer service. Hope she is around when I trade this one in, in ten years. Erika helped us quickly strike a deal and then took us to later finalized the price with their sales manager Bruce. Bruce was pleasant and cheerful. We got the price we wanted, he worked to get us the best financing Harley was offering on its new 2017s. I know because I checked before I got there. After finishing with Bruce, Erika took us to meet Sandy in their apparel store. Sandy took us around and showed us where the deals were and where the quality items are kept. She helped me find some shirts in my size. Not easy when you are a 4XL, but Sandy knew where they were. Sandy showed us around and knew her stuff. We were also greeted by Cleo. She helped us pick out some helmets for me and my wife, she explained all of the benefits of half vs 3/4, vs convertible. We ended up getting a couple Harley Davidson convertible helmets. Cleo was a huge help. After we bought some shirts, picked out some helmets, Sandy took us to meet Trey in Parts, but not before she put a couple of freebies in our bag. Thanks Sandy! Once we got to parts, Trey took the time explain the layout of the Parts and Accessories catalog. Everything you could ever want for your ride is in this one book. Trey took the time to show me how to navigate through it. Once finished with Trey, he then took us out to meet Craig in the Service Department but not before placing a couple of real nice freebies in our bag. Thanks Trey! Craig was great. He took some time out of his busy Saturday to explain common service items, service intervals, along with rates we could expect for service. I had a great time discussing Screamin Eagle parts with Craig and it was great to learn that Harley performance parts installed by them would not affect my warranty. Craig then took me up to Finance where I was met by Choir, but not before placing some more free items in out bag! Thanks Craig! Choir was great, so full of joy and comedy he really made our experience great. We ended up arriving at Sierra Steel on a very busy day for them. To kill a bit of time, we met with Brian Gonsalves, Sierra Steels Fixed Operations Manager. I learned he has worked here more than 22 years. Wow! We hung out while he answered my endless Harley questions as well as specific questions about my Ultra Limited with the new Milwaukee 8 engine. Our time visiting with him was wonderful. He has really assembled a great group of workers that really gave my wife and I the VIP treatment. The delay to financing did not stop the excellent service. Bruce, the sales manager came over sat us down and got our financing paperwork started. Bruce got us a great price on a service contract and even better price on an extended warranty, before Choir came and finished us up. Never have I felt so important as a customer. Their VIP treatment of taking myself and my wife around to the different departments was a real treat and made me feel more like family than a customer. It is not that often something is so good that I feel the need to take time out of my day to tell others about the service I received. Without even telling you about the free hot dogs, soda or nachos, believe me when I tell you Sierra Steel is a huge win for you and your family!

On our way down to Hollister, CA from Southern OR for the weekend we broke down and got a flat tire in not only the hottest part of town but during the hottest part of the day. Called this shop and let them know what was going on and they were so helpful. Had our bike towed there for repair/tire replacement. Ive had the pleasure of working with Steve (over the phone) in the service department a few months back when I purchased a part for my husbands bike and he was beyond helpful and willing to accommodate our needs to get the part shipped up to OR. Since our bike happened to break down in close proximity to their shop I got to meet Steve in person and his service was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. He and all the folks in the service department took excellent care of us, got us back on the road, took into consideration we were out of town and traveling and our safety was their # 1 concern. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were taken care of, treated well and never felt taken advantage of. Sandy was an absolute doll inside offered us water and snacks knowing we had been stuck on the side of the road broken down. I would recommend this shop to anyone, whether its for repairs or for sales! Their entire staff are the type of people you enjoy doing business with :-)

This place is less than impressive. I took my bike in for a simple install of a Harley part. When I finally did get in back after way too much time sitting in their shop, there were wires running from my handle bars by the throttle, way across out in the open to my tank, and were as tight as a piano wire. No zip ties to make it streamlined and sleek like the rest of a rare Harley CVO Screaming Eagle should look like. The installation was like someone was just learning to be a mechanic. The attitude is like they are doing you a favor to work on your bike that you are paying for. Will be making a 120 mile round trip in the future to have bike worked on or serviced.

Im sorry I cannot give any reviews stars for the parts Dept. I ordered an ignition switch for my Road King. I paid at the time I ordered. It was a matching key switch, so I was told, up to 2 weeks for delivery. After 7 week and not even a phone call, I went in to see what had happen. Another ordered was place, this time with a rush on it. Still no switch a month later. I cancel the ordered, placed the order with Yuba City HD, and recd my new switch in two weeks. Be warned when dealing with the parts dept.

New owners and some of people are new also. Had an issue with our 10 FLHTCU and rode it there, they looked it over and to my surprise found the problem was something OTHER than I was told at another closer dealer, THANK YOU!!! After dropping it off I received a call from the Service Mngr and found out I had a couple of serious issues that I had been told that were supposed to have been taken care of months ago. AGAIN, THANK YOU Sierra Steel HD, I appreciate your thoroughness.
