I will absolutely NEVER take my dog back to the hotel at this location. I was lied to several times by a "manager" named Jordan. Heres the story - I dropped my dog off at the hotel while I was taking a work trip to Dallas. I told them over the phone and when I dropped him off that he can at times get scared when hes being walked in on really quickly but that he doesnt bite. On Sunday before I board my place, I receive a call from Jordan stating that my dog tried to bite one of the trainers but that the trainer was okay and he didnt get her. Jordan told me they had their actual dog trainer come in and evaluate my dog just to make sure that he was okay and they gave him the all clear. I asked Jordan if it would be an issue if I dropped my dog off in the future and she told me no. So fast forward to 1 month later and I get a call stating they were cancelling my reservation because my dog is a threat and they will not board him without having a 2nd opinion. So not only did they cancel SAME DAY as my reservation but now they are switching things up and saying I cant bring him back. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady who got on the line was just awful. She was rude and had a really bad attitude (worse than the person who called). They were absolutely NO HELP and wouldnt allow me to take my dog for something that had been scheduled since the last time he was there. If it had been an issue then they should have told me when I went to pick up my dog after my Dallas trip. They also didnt care that a previous manager told me there was no problem and that my dog was perfectly fine. This place is full of crap and honestly a disgrace to a pet boarding place. I will NEVER take my dog there or tell anyone to go there ever again.

I left my unneutered Great Dane in their care over labor day weekend. My dog went in perfectly healthy and when we brought him back, he had what looked like blisters over his genital area. We took him to emergency pet care to find out what happens and got him medicine, ointment and a dog cone. When I called mgmt, they said it was nothing they did and it was self-inflicted due to stress. $270 to board my dog and a $200 vet bill all on my tab because this facility refused to accept accountability and responsibility for their actions in carrying for my pet. I will never go back to this facility and I recommend no one else does either.

Do not use petsmart grooming, in any petsmart. The groomers do not care about the animals whatsoever. Ive witnessed horrific sights while in the store. Dogs dripping blood from the face, dogs arms practically ripped out of their sockets, dogs smacked in the snout just because the groomer wanted to slightly move their head, and just some terrible ways to treat your pets. I would highly recommend checking with your veterinarian or another place to see if they have a grooming service because I will never use petsmart grooming.

Wonderful employees, Travis was very helpful and polite, went out of his way to find answers about product. This is the largest Petsmart in Colorado. Great variety, has our cats Wellness brand food, and Worlds Best cat litter. Employees are very kind & helpful. Good parking, well organized store. We signed our cats up at Banfield pet hospital, inside Petsmart, as we just moved to Denver. The doctor and techs seemed very professional, and kind to our beloved cats.

Its not the staff that is bad its the way they treat the animals. Thy had about 150-200 goldfish in ONE tank. Many were sucked up by the filters and some lay dead in the corners. Dead fish and frogs are always there! Thy dont seem to take them out. About 10 fish in all were sucked up by the filter and many just lay floating on top of the water. Every tank had a dead animal.

I have taken my dog here to be groomed 3 times. I have had a pretty straight forward instructions to groom him. Each time it looks terrible. This last time it took them over 6 hours and my dog looks like he was cut by a 4 year old.

I take my boxer to doggy day camp at the pet hotel 3 times a week. The staff is very friendly and he gets to socialize and exercise during the day. I also am able to kennel the dogs when I am out of town, which is very helpful.

I was so bummed when I arrived at this super huge petsmart but very sad when I saw the parrot/bird supplies and toys... Their selection is minimal and out of date. I couldnt find a single thing.

The staff at this PetSmart have always been friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable, and its definitely kept very clean: its probably the best smelling pet store Ive been to.

Nice Petsmart. Theyve got a grooming salon, vet, and training area. Staff seems friendly enough and people seem to do a decent job of cleaning up after their critters.

The store is great for cats and dogs. There is a smaller sections for birds, reptiles and fish. Just the basic with some special items but nothing more then a starter

This store has everything you need for your pet. You can bring your dog, but my vet said not to bring puppy until all her puppy shots are done. Good to know!

Large Petsmart with an attached Banfield pet hospital, which makes filling prescriptions more convenient.
