I have been working with my dog for almost 3 months to get her to stop barking. I have used a squirt bottle, time outs, and noise makers but none of them worked. After researching for a few weeks, I went to this petsmart to buy a remote training collar, instead I got a lecture from a trainer. I understand the trainers are there to help people make smart decisions, but even after I told her that I had done the research she berated me about how she has to watch people take these devices home to put on their 8 week old puppies. Also, she suggested that I work with an animal behaviorist as they have Masters degrees in these area - which I told her I couldnt afford since I was in school. She took that opportunity to tell me that she didnt want to sell me anything, but she WOULD if I absolutely needed it. I told her to forget it and I left.

We lived in the area for 5 years and have taken our 2 dogs to training classes, the grooming salon, and the Banfield numerous times. Overall, we have had a great experience with the staff and the store being welcoming every time we come in. We have had trouble with the office staff at the Banfield though. Every time we come in there is a line and even if we arrive early or on time, it takes at least 10-15 minutes to check-in when there are only 1-3 customers to check-in. I have gone to other Banfields (Westminister - several times, Lone Tree - a couple times) and NEVER had this issue. Not sure what is going on, but office staff needs to be more polite and efficient at getting people checked in. The doctors, on the other hand, have been WONDERFUL at communicating with us about our furry babies and their health.

They sell animals. Animals ate not property or things to sell. They are a life. Life with a heart like we have a heart, central nervous system like we have a nervous central system. They should be adopted out NOT sold. Birds needs to be out in the huge horizon flying around in their own habitat. They are kidnapped from their natural habitat from their mother, siblings and friends, then caged up incarcerated until someone buys them like they a product a thing and caged them still ate their home. ITS ALL WRONG! THEY SUPPOSE TO BE FREE, NOT CAGED LIKE PRISONERS!

I bought a bag of car food for over $35(5lb bag) and they flat out refused to return it because they had forgotten to input my loyalty info into the system. Dont shop here, poor customer service. The reason I shopped here originally was due to the fact that they keep receipts in their computer system. No refund because an employee effed up and forgot to actually put my phone # into the transaction.

NEVER take your dog to this location to get groomed with a haircut... and I mean NEVER!!! Worst experience ever. They tried to tell me that my dogs hair was matted, when I knew for a fact that it was not, and they needed to shave her. She looked TERRIBLE when I picked her up and I still had to pay $47. Worst grooming experience of my life! My poor baby! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

If you park outside this store there is no cameras outside they refuse to put up cameras for 6 months someone has been robbing cars there over 30 families have been robbed..we lost our wallet phone and other personal items...im losing my home due to the fact my money was in my wallet for rent...please stay away from this area the store nor the cops will do anything!!!!!!

Staff was semi friendly. Staff member that answered my fathers question had a frown on her face and seemed as if she was rushing him. The store itself was a bit unorganized and dirty. Overall it wasnt a great experience but our questions were answered. These problems are readily fixed with employee coaching.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF! Generally, Im a critic of most establishments, but the Stapleton Store really places the customer first - and it shows. I appreciate it when I have a question, the staff is always readily available and more than willing to assist me.

Place is great for new pets and supplies. NVM the social justice warriors with their animal lib horse s*** crying about the ethics of the pet business. Too much time on their hands. If youre a normal well adjusted human being and need stuff for your pet this place is awesome.

Went in at 7 pm for my dog to get groomed and they said just tore the place up and wont do anymore tonight. They are supposed to be open until 9pm. I understand an hour maybe before but two and he is a small/medium dog. I will do it myself or find a smaller groomer.

Everything has taken so long to handle. Their staff is slow- Ive been made to wait many times while they find someone who is actually capable of helping me. Once I left my wallet in the store and they did nothing to contact me, just threw it in a drawer. Hello??

They have all of the usual pet products in a well organized, clean store. Ive taken one puppy to the puppy training classes which definitely helped socialize him. The grooming department Has taken great care of all 3 dogs we have brought in.

Smaller than others but had a good supply of products I get for my cat. The staff however didnt know why a product was not there that was there a month ago. Greenies is a popular brand and I thought that they should know about the product.

Standing for 10 min had to go ask the cashier if she can get someone to get crickets for me , was waiting for over 20 minutes and still nothing. All store locations are spread out and I drive 15 min to one and get no service at all .

I like this store, I walk in they say hello and ask if need help. They know my back pain. Bobby will follow to dog food that I need put it my cart. Back to register to pay and taking it to my car, talking all the way to my car.

This is an average PetSmart. They usually have most stuff you need for the pets if you cant wait for delivery from possible cheaper online options. Overall a good store depending on your needs

There was at least 10 dead fish in goldfish tank and it was the morning. Not nice for my kids to look at and I am sure their goldfish buddies would also rather not swim in that water

We were VERY impressed with the knowledgeable staff at the PetsMart at Quebec Square. We purchased a hamster and a guinea pig from them and had a very pleasant buying experience.

Take all my dogs to Banfield. They are awesome with my big boys been going there since they were 4 weeks old!! And my little princess goes to puppy spa there!!
