There isnt really anything actually wrong with the store itself. The customer service is decent and its a nice layout. My three star comes with the stock. There are more pets then cats and dogs. The small animal bird and reptile section was a little small. The enterity of all these were packed in one isle. All that woudlve made this a five star place is if there were only 2 or three isles covering reptiles birds and small animals. This review comes from a reptile lover hence my criticism about that. Having a few more lamps bulbs decor substrate even cages would be a good step in the reptiles. Having some branches toys small accesories and maybe small cages would be good in the birds. Small animals would improve with small cages wheels water bottles food and bedding. In conclusion I wouldnt discount this store for buying products. It just doesnt have the full enterity of what Id want

Not only are their prices better than the big box stores but they also carry more selection. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I moved out of the area and now I drive out of my way just for the great experience and their prices!

Great selection of pet food here although it tends to lean more towards dog owners. The prices are comparable to what youd pay for online pet food and the staff are fairly friendly.
