This is by far one of the FRIENDLIEST pet related retailers I have ever been to. And as far as quality goes; they only carry the best of the best. The owner is beyond knowledgeable about all of her products she carries, and will not simply tell you one food is better than another, she will explain it with extreme accuracy. This store is kept virtually spotless, and seeing as its pet friendly, thats simply amazing to me. I go here for all my pets needs, from collars, food, all natural treats or just to talk when Im in the area! As far as the negative comment below, Im not aware of any small business (and even alot of larger ones) that do not charge a restocking fee when you return an item you ordered, and to complain that this business took your money before you got your item seems a ridiculous argument seeing as you had your item shipped.. I would personally ignore the comment below, and give this business a try, I personally promise youll love it! I know I do.

Dissappointed with online order..never received email regarding shipping and even if I had and just did not like the item I have to pay a restocking fee?..really?..Business is that good that you can make sure I never order again. Be sure to read the returns policy..and be advised your credit card will be charged right away but you will not receive your item right away. They did call me as soon as I cancelled and the very nice lady repeated to me 3 times how there system works ( she is really sure the problem is on my end..you know the customer is always WRONG) then she sent me a long email about how wrong I was...and about the fees, which she originally volunteered to waive. Now she states that since I will receive my item timely she owes me nothing. Well lesson learned...back to Petsmart I go! Never a restocking fee there!

Walked down to this shop to check it out since I moved up the street. The food selection is incredibly small with a very limited stock. Had some cute breed specific items in as gifts. But the main reason I am leaving a 2 star review is because the woman who was running the shop approached my dogs and DID NOT ASK to pet my dogs. She just helped herself to petting then without even asking if they were ok to pet, if she was allowed to pet them, if they even liked petting. She stood over them and they were very uncomfortable. She is very lucky my dogs did not decide to express their feelings that day. Hopefully you can train your staff to have better dog manners, I had figured a dog specific shop would know better, at least petsmart and petco do.

Been trying to get ahold of the owner (Jason) for months now. Given multiple numbers and told I just missed him by a minute or two and call the spa to question a order I had placed I have never been able to get in contact. I have left multiple messages and never received a call in return as a customer I feel Im not wanted at the shop and my business doesnt matter. Its a small shop with a friendly staff but seems like the boss just wants to push whats on the shelf and doesnt care about the customer. Jason it would be nice if you gave the same effort to your shop that your employees do.

We love bringing our dogs here. The staf is always super friendly and they are always helpful. Great selection of toys, treats and food. If you havent gotten your dog an elk antler this is the place to go to get one. Our dogs love them!

great store, good selection, they actually up sold the cheaper product to me saying it was better and the dog would like it more, parking sucked because i came during farmers market but besides that was a great experience.

I love this pet store! However, research Orijen; it may contain arsenic, and other heavy metals we do not want to feed our pets.Please look up the Clean Label Project.

The guy gave us a great suggestion for our dogs, my dog was a Hella picky eater (or maybe his food was crappy) he loves this food already, hes eating every piece.
