Update: One of the chairs for my dining table that cost almost $3000 broke. Very cheap material. Also, I have never picked up an item because it was 30 days late and they went back and charged it on my credit card. Now its been a week and i can not have any one return my call for this store. Worst experience ever!!! I ordered my furniture on October 28th...They said the earliest delivery date is December 01st...I said ok...I had ordered over $7000 in furniture. Some furniture was delivered...I was told all my lighting, chandeliers, and bedding that I had to come to the store to pick up. So, I called 2 weeks prior to delivery to confirm that my pick up store items will be ready on Dec.1st, (they said yes), I called a day before relievery to confirm again and (they said yes it will arrive on time)...Dec 1st, I called the store to see if they can have my items ready so I can pick up....and they guy said he was going to check the back...never called me back. I called and he said ohhh yea we only have one chandelier and some of the bedding set...( I had ordered 4 chandeliers) ..I called the next day asking if O can come now and pick up my items..they said nope...they dont know when they will be delivered to the store....I said please have a manager call me....2 days no one calls...I call back and finally get in contact with Sarah (supervisor) and asked to speak to her manager Orlando...said she was going to have him call me and she..said there is nothing that she can do...i asked, well what about the order that you have on the store can I pick up that? She said ohhhh no we dont have anything for you in the store. So not sure where the 1st rep told me he had one chandelier ready?!?!...Sarah said she located the same lighting at another store and was going to call me back...never did...waited 4 days for her manager to call and never did....I called again and asked for the manager...like always they said he is in a meeting, then with a customer, can I have him call you? I said NO, I will wait until he is done with whatever he is doing...2 min later he gets on the phone and states that this is the first time he hears about my situation...."I was spectical about how he didnt know how he is the manager and didnt know about my story, since I called at least 6 times the store prior to finally getting to him". I asked for his Managers name whom he gave me as Aaron, and I asked to provide me with his #. Orlando said he and Aaron will call me back...6 days pass and no one called. I called back and spoke again with Sarah...who gave me the excuse that she was out sick...I asked how Orlamdo the store manager stated he never knew about my story and that he was hearing it first time from me. She said he knew about me and didnt understand why he will say that...Today is 12/14th...and I called about getting my entire ordered canceled...Worst experience with Liz (said they have no emails to give our), Sarah (supervisor) and Orlando (store manager)...RUDEST store I have ever delt with. Will never recommend it to anyone. Be careful as the store manager is a lier. If you must order something you better be ready to make some calls and wait at least 2-3 months to get your furniture. Hope someone from corporate calls me!!!!

Im very disappointed in the customer service we received from this store. We purchased our furniture 2 weeks prior to our delivery date. Though we knew we knew we could not pick our exact delivery time, the sales associate told us he was going to make a note to try to request a morning delivery time due to us having family visiting from New England. Our furniture was set to arrive Saturday, 3/18 between 11:45-3:45. Around 5:00 we got a phone call saying "sorry were unable to make it today we are going to try for tomorrow." The lady making the call seemed to have no understanding of the inconvenience she was causing seeing as how the furniture we purchased was couch and bedroom set. We sat around for 8 hours with no place to sit waiting for furniture. The lady could not give me a reason as to why we would not be receiving our furniture. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available. 2 hours later, the womans manager called back to say "the truck broke down and they were sending someone to tow the truck" and thats why we could not get our furniture. However, Ashley Furniture has a GPS tracking device on their delivery trucks you can monitor, which showed the truck pass my road and head straight back to the distribution center an hour prior. I contacted the actual store since I sat on the hold with customer service for almost a half an hour with no answer. No one could put me in contact with a manger at the store either because "it was really busy." The sales associate at the store told me our furniture wasnt being delivered because it was never put on the truck in the first place. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on and I received so many conflicting excuses. So today, we finally got our furniture. The men dropped our furniture 3 separate times. They set up the furniture and left it in the rooms for me to arrange it how I wanted to. I would not call that "white glove service." Finally, I found a broken wall decoration in my bedroom they knocked off the wall, pieced back together and leaned against a wall so I would not notice until I went to pick it up (it fell apart into 5 pieces) and rehang it after they left. Highly, highly disappointed. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I like the furniture. However, I will NOT be purchasing anything from them in the future due to our horrible experience and lack of customer service. I dread if we ever have to use our furniture protection plan. Buyer beware.

While I dont have anything bad to say about their furniture, the lack of customer service at this particular location has completely changed my view of them. Ive furnished three of my homes over a span of 4 years with Ashelys Furniture and this is the kind of service I receive? When calling to schedule my delivery I specifically asked that the delivery company/guys call my number when getting close to my home as I would be at work and I need to know when to leave. Long story short, that was not done which turned what was supposed to be an exciting day into a nightmare. The delivery guys called my fiancé instead which kept me from being able to plan my day around the delivery. I ended having to leave work early, wait 20 minutes for the delivery guys and it gets even worse. I called and asked to speak to the manager who took care of refunds etc because I expected some sort of reimbursement. I strive to be as fair and as logical as possible therefore I wasnt going to ask for a full refund but some sort of refund that would make the inconveniences I had to go through worth while. Anyways, the manager had to call me back and I was to receive this call within an hour. Almost two hours later...no call. I then call back and luckily was able to get into touch with a lady by the name of Lisa. After telling her about my bad experience regarding delivery, she completely ignored the fact that I was upset and said, let me ask you two questions. What time was your delivery window and when did they deliver? Well sorry theres nothing we can do....WHAT?! So I asked her if she was willing to lose a loyal customer and possible future customers that could be friends or family members of mine over a small discount on delivery? I also asked exactly why she couldnt and she could not give me a straight answer. I told her that I couldnt understand how she didnt see where I was coming from and she got defensive. She told me that I was to not offend her and that she is an intelligent woman. She eventually agreed to speak to the store manager to see what and if they could do anything. Why couldnt she of said that in the beginning? Instead she went straight to NOPE, theres nothing we can do for you. She even said I should be happy because I have my furniture now...unbelievable.
