This store is a joke. The management is DEFINITELY a joke! They lose orders, never return phone calls and only care about 1 thing, selling. Thats it. I will never buy another piece of furniture from this store again. EVER. Long story short, we bought a bunk bed, they installed it, the bunk bed collapsed on my 6 year old at 1 in the morning. We called the store the next day, not covered in warranty, had to buy and order new piece, 6 weeks later they sent the wrong part, reordered the part, it never came in. We call and call and can never get a manager to return our calls. When we finally get her on the phone she acts like she has no clue about anything. But supposedly she "reordered" the part again. Lemme guess itll take 6 more weeks to get here right? We paid over 800$ for a bed that didnt last a year and the store doesnt do anything to make it right. Badcock should change its name to BAD MANAGEMENT AND FURNITURE STORE.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. My daughter and I visited this store attempting to purchase 2 bedroom suots and pay cash for our purchase. I was overwhelming shocked to notice we were not even acknowledged when we entered the store, we were looking at several displays and not once asked if we needed help, the staff was having general personal conversation and ignoring that we were even in their store. The store looked nice, however if this is the type of service that Badcock offers they need to go out of business, the staff allowed us to shop for 20 minutes and not once asked if we needed assistance or addressed us. I dont care how nice the store is, this is by far the worst experience I have experienced in my 20years of shopping for my home. The employees that were there all need to be fired, they are damaging to the Badcock name!

My husband had a good experience so far. They dont harass you even you come in like some places and they had what we were looking for. Suppose to new delivered Friday the 17th. Will update.

I had a great experience here. Found a brand new leather chair marked down $200. They held it for me till pick up and loaded it in my truck for me. No problems.

Ok place
