I just called and was told the groomer closed at 7pm. Being that it was close to 6pm, I went right over. When I got there I found that the groomer was already gone and closed. I asked why and the Assistant Manager said "Well, they left" and that was that. Once I exited the store I realized that the groomer hours listed outside said they closed at 7. I went back in and brought that to the Assistant Managers attention. This time she said "Well they left at 6 because we are remodeling". I told her that when people call for hours, that is something they may want to mention. Like most working people with children, I do not have time to be driving places, after calling even to make sure they are open, to show up and find it closed. What hits me hardest is the lack of any kind of sympathy or an apology for the mistake. The assistant manager just flirted away with a man she was helping and could care less. If customer service means something...anything...to you, I would not go to this location.

I took my dog to be groomed, I was late and offered to reschedule. They said that they had time to do the job. When I picked him up, he looked good. However, when I arrived home and was petting him I found MULTIPLE RAZOR BURNS RANGING FROM MILD TO SEVERE! I took him to my vet, to check his skin, the vet was not pleased. In addition, he has had skin problems since, his coat was beautiful before, now Im doing anything I can to get it back the way it was previously.... I have a little dog who is accustomed to being groomed and handled. This never should have happened, and they could have a least let me know! I know they hurt my little boy. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY ANIMALS AGAIN!

Had worst experience , being a long time shopper at this petco... (long story short... Daniela , a manager , Was very un professional.. She clearly doesnt show a role of a good manager, such as Anthony/Travis ETC.. Unbelievable a "Manager " went ahead and spoke poorly about a person , when their standing just one register away. Might be a good idea to re-train , such behavior is very inappropriate for a manager)....-Never will take my Business here....

Refused to clip one claw for my poor dog because we are not registered with them. I used to do it at home but once i did a bad job and i dont really want to try. Alan or whatever this aHOLE name is shouldnt even work there. We spend a tone of money i mean used to spend. Hope they improve their thinking about helping. Do not recommend to go there and waste your hard made money.

Love this store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store is always in great shape and well stocked. Their selection of products is great too, which is important for someone with 2 large breed dogs.

Price is average. Sometimes it comes out ok, but last time they cut my dog really badly with the clippers in several places so not going back. He was bleeding from the neck and paw and had rashes on his legs.

This is a nice Petco with ample parking. The store itself is big and the workers have always been helpful in helping me find what I need. I just wish Petco carried a bigger selection of raw food.

The store is a lot smaller than petco but carries many of the same items. Its not a dog supply store only, as the name may indicate, but for other pets as well. Clean store, friendly staff.
