I am wishing that PetSmart should pay attention on how they price their products. I was looking for hay , the guy who assisted me didnt know what it is ( ooops). Then I have to look show him what hay looks like lol.... anyhow, Timothy hay brand was way too expensive ( i didnt know at first) I just found out today :(, I went to Walmart nearby .... as well as other products, pets accessories... To PetSmart, even if you guys do price matching, prices shouldnt be that expensive... some cuatomers do not know that they have the option on price matching . Please be reasonable to your loyal and new customers.

Their fish tanks are contaminated with ich. Bought three mollies, and two tiger barbs. Cause they were on sale, now iam spending money on meds to cure the fish in my 60gal tank! And i also bought two black moors, they also have ich, and i put those two moors, in the tank at my job. So for sure, the ich came from their tanks.

I tried to go to other PetSmarts to buy neon tetras, but the ones in the other PetSmarts are sick and they got stuck on the filter. The ones over here are very well and living happily with my red gold tuxedo guppy! Cant wait to get some more!

Brand new store. nice and clean, for now......I am upset my favorite groomer was sent here because its far for me but he is worth it. Awesome groomer, ask for Vick!!!!! Dont mind a drive to have 100% comfort my babies will be taken care of.

This is a new Petsmart that I was happy to see open in my neighborhood. It is a small space but they literally have everything you may need for your cat and/or dog. Very efficient use of space and customer service is solid.

absolutely love how dead quiet and empty it is. theres rarely more than 5 other shoppers in the entire store and the store is actually quite decent in size and selection. absolutely recommend coming to this store.
