I went to petco and i really had to use the restroom, so some worker came up to me and asked if i needed help. So i asked her for the restroom and she lend me the restroom key. Well when i came out some worker from out of the no where told me that if i wanted to use the restrrom that i had to be a costumer. He was so rude to me and my partner we had to leave and we will not be returning.

Located at the corner of Doheny and Santa Monica BLVD, petco is perfectly located for a quick stop to grab last minute items one may have forgot. Our favorite part is checking out the doggy deserts located near the main counter. Parking is free and nothing needs to be validated. The staff is friendly and helpful making the shopping experience even better.

Had problems with the Clippers that I bought from a store in Southern California I called the 1-800 Petco and they referred William to my case he was a great help and went above and beyond to help me in my situation I would recommend this place to everyone Petco should really look at the staff here especially William for great customer service

I used to work next door to this Petco so I have been there often. The staff is nice and knowledgeable and two of my three dogs have been inside to go shopping with me. I had a fun time one night when I walked in and Dick Van Patton was there talking about his dog food and selling one of his memoirs. You gotta love weho!

Poor service. Staff look like they were stone. One was falling asleep by the register and the other was like a zombie not very helpful.

Smallish for a Petco. Beware weekends when the events are happening. During the week it is a good stop for all your pets needs.

Tre store is pretty well kept. There are always neat events taking place here too like dog adoptions and seminars.
