Dont ever get your dog groomed here and be careful from LUCINDA!! Lucinda groomed my dog and INJURED my poor little Yorkshire Terrier! She CUT her leg and made her bleed! This all happened after she did her wrong before and chopped her all hair after a specific details on how to groom my dog (i showed her pics too), But since i was out of country for two weeks, and her regular groomer was fully booked until next week , on these hot summer days i had to bring her back to Lucinda - a decision that was clearly wrong! She LIED to me when she called after cutting her, telling me that my dog had a skin irritation which wasnt too serious and they have to check it with the vet before continuing the grooming! If i had known she cut her i would stop everything i was doing to escort my dog to the vet!! Second time she called she said vet said everything was fine but they cant continue grooming her. That point i was suspicious and asked to speak to the manager and found out she LIED TO ME! and manager said she cut her and it wasnt irritation ! My dog cried so bad when i came to pick her up, she was stressed, her leg was bleeding and they gave me an ointment and a head cover so she wont lick her leg! My dog is limping and in pain now thanks to LUCINDA so be aware! I recommend never to get your dog groomed here especially with LUCINDA!

Im not really sure what to say about this place, its a PetSmart. We took our puppy in here the other day to walk around and maybe meet some new dogs while we were getting a bag of puppy chow. The puppy is super cute so she got a ton of attention from other customers and staff in the store were great. The pup got a bit too excited playing with one and peed on the floor a little bit and the employee was happy to clean it up, I mean I dont know if they were actually happy but they really didnt seem to mind which was awesome.

RIP Bettah J.... Although you were only with us a short while, your smug demeanor and bright blue pigment provided everlasting joy. Lesson learned: You never know how long you have left with your loved ones especially when you are purchasing your pet from this location. Poor BJ was only 3 weeks post PetSmart and his life was tragically cut short due to bloated belly. Next time I will get my critters from a location that do not confine Betta fishes to small cups...PETA would not be happy!

Gabby is the rudest so called manager that i have ever came across. Petsmart needs to follow their posted return policy and quit offending customers by making up different rules that are not even part of their policy. What a disgrace for a petsore company where pets "inspire" them to hire such ignorent managers.

The customer service was first rate. The sales associate took the time to understand what my needs were and really knew the store inventory. The groomer was both kind, professional, and experienced. The prices were reasonable. Im glad I found my regular groomer!

If i could give zero stars I would. My sister took our puppy there to get groomed and we only asked for his hair to be trimmed. The shaved off all the hair from his face and left it super uneven. Never go there for grooming.

This PetSmart is smaller than other PetSmarts. The lighting feels a little dim, and places can be dark. However, this place is the closest one to our place and our cat demands her food, treats, and toys.
