Had just run out of a prescription. Needed to get it transferred from my old pharmacy. Called in on a Thursday to get it transferred and gave my info. They called back ten or so minutes later to ask for some more info. After that, they told me that it would probably be ready Friday (the next day), but theyd call me to let me know if everything transferred correctly. Didnt hear back by Sunday, so I called in to ask what was up. Bartell had no record of my transfer and my former pharmacy claimed said that they never called. Apparently Bartell just never started the transfer, so I was without the medication for four days as of today. Going through another pharmacy now. Would not recommend.

Weve been going to Bartells for thirty years, and the have always been very satisfied. However the two latest pharmacists have been less than professional. Lady is always grumpy, and acts as if if youre a bother. I recently had a prescription to pick up, and the guy said they had no record of my order. So I drove home, rechecked with my Dr. And confirmed that the prescription had been called in. Drove back to Bartells and the guy pharmacist said "oh yeah, here it is". It was there the whole time. No apology, no regrets, and then I waited 45 minutes for them to fill it! They need some common courtesy training

The photo quality is really poor. I had a very high resolution file and the result was blurry and Assistant Manager at the store told me they couldnt do anything about it and if I wanted good pictures I should print it at professional printer.... Given the quality I received, I could have done better just printing on my regular color printer. Costco printers are way better. I definitely will not be coming back.

The manager Dan/Dave whatever his name is, he is unprofessional and didnt help me with my issue whatsoever. He actually avoided helping me at all costs. NEVER shopping here again. Stay away, one shop at this spot and youll know why not to go back!

Female pharmacist Bloody Rude and uncaring! Why is she even in her job.... Why do I keep coming back here! Last time the teenage check-out operator accused my child of "swiping" a toy which, one they dont stock and two it was her toy!!!

The location is convenient, but you should NEVER expect quick service. They are always understaffed.
