Even though I used to shop there regularly, while I was shopping at Bartells about a year ago, 2 of the employees began behaving as though I was there to steal something. Though I had done nothing wrong I was dressed, in a sweatshirt and blue jeans, and they seemed to think I was some sort of criminal. They kept suggesting that I shop elsewhere. They began raising their voices and insisting that I go shop elsewhere. I was so offended I left. I called the manager and complained about this behavior, and she apologized and seemed sympathetic. I was so offended by the employees behavior, I refuse to shop there again.

Kenyatti was really rude when I used their pharmacy. She was yellling "Hello!" at the customers and was very short when she was being asked questions. The pharmacist was very kind, they were quick with service.
