I recently ordered 1,000 2.5" x 2.5" business cards from UPrinting. First, I have to say the quality of the cards was absolutely wonderful. However, upon viewing the cards, I realized that the font was much smaller than the proof lead me to believe. As a matter of fact, I had clients complaining that they could not read the font at all! I assumed that because I designed the card myself, they would not reprint them for me free of charge because the issue was technically my own fault. However, after chatting with one of their agents, I was able to fully resolve the issue and they shouldered the cost of reprinting my new and improved cards. I only had to pay shipping. I highly recommend UPrinting over VistaPrint and all others for your printing needs! High quality products and incredible service - what more can you ask for?

I ordered two sets of custom business cards with Uprinting. Unfortunately, I used their "design" team - which really meant I told them exactly what I wanted and it took them time after time to actually get it right. With 1-2 business days between each small change, many of which I had already asked for and had not been done, it took me a total of 18 days to get my business cards to the point at which they were ready to be printed. When I ordered on the phone I was told they would be delivered by May 19 - but actual delivery is scheduled for May 26th. It has been a long and arduous process with these people and I would not use their services again.

Weve used UPrinting for almost a decade now, and theyre great! We love their quality, service, prices, and commitment to customer satisfaction (by quickly making things right if anything doesnt go right). Theyre compassionate and generous towards those of us in the non-profit community by offering their discounted program. Then on our order this morning, they randomly chose us to get free shipping, which saved us an additional $50 on top of their already 10% non-profit discount. Cant thank and recommend them enough!

I work with several non profit organizations and I am so happy to find this place. They have two pick up places and thats a great benefit for me since I have clients in Hollywood. We used to use Gotprints in Burbank. Their customer service and quality was horrible. Once they didnt finish the project till 2 days after the date they promised and they refused to take the full responsibility. Its been 4 years since I found this place and I have never had any problems. Their customer service is awesome.

If there was a way to give 0 then I would. This was the worst cluster experience. The first batch of business cards were faded and had rubbed off from being packaged too tight. Then they agreed to reprint and get to me by my deadline but they missed the deadline. I asked for a refund and they called the local FedEx and told them to destroy the package. I will never ever ever use this company again. I should have never taken my business away from VistaPrint.

It sucksssssssss!!! There service was really disappointing, I ordered business card and asked for days delivery yo pick them up. First it didnt arrived on time. Second the product was damaged and the cards were not as i ordered, i was shocked since needed it urgently. Unfortunately i wont use there service again and realized other service even much cheaper offering great service

The website is easy to navigate. Orders are easy to place. Turn around time is accurate. Quality is fantastic each and every time I order. Customer service is more than helpful on everything (and Ive had some real mind benders that needed solving.) They do a fantastic job, the price is right and they will continue to get my business!

the worst place for printing possible - full of people who doesnt know what they are doing and put jobs on hold for bs reasons - always late - customer rep following the wrong job - print shifted - they need to fire many of their current staff and import people from out of the country to make their service and quality better.

Over the past two months theyve missed almost every deadline. Their pre-press has become less competent and have messed up every job in the past 4 weeks. I have used them so much in the past two years that I have been reluctant to stop, but theyve finally made me look so bad that its not worth it.

HORRIBLE HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Did not listen to what we needed spent days on the phone and proof after horrible proof. I even called first before ordering to make sure they could do what we needed. HORRIBLE! Cancelled order and waiting for a refund!
