I am FedEx account holder and a regular user of FedEx for shipping, printing, scanning and other services. I approached FedEx studio city branch for resizing my photos and printing them in a specific size. I was told by Jerrick.D of studio city that he will be able to resize the photos and he also told me that I can print these photos in one of the sony stations available inside the FedEx office. I asked him whether the sony machines would be able to print these a these are very odd sized photos (not the usual standard ones) and he told me that its doable. I placed the order for DIGI enhancement (bar code no - 080102Y8Q1). I got a call the same evening that my photos are ready. First of all, I wasnt aware that they would write this into a DVD and they would give this back. Hence I went along with my USB drive and as soon as he saw this USB drive he copied the contents of the DVD to USB drive and he retained back the DVD. I was then assisted by another team member to help me to print this photo at your sony station. When I went for printing, it was a shock for me that the sony stations can only print certain fixed size photos and not odd-szied ones. I placed the order for re-sizing only after Jerrick telling me that I can definitely print this in the machines. When I got to know that I cannot print this photo, I asked him to return back my USB drive. When he was ejecting the USB drive the machine was prompting him several questions and I am not sure what he clicked. Extremly upset with FedExs service, I went to office depot to print this photo and to my shock the photo wasnt there in the USB drive at all. I am extremely disappointed with the service of FedEx. I wish FedEx has employees should atleast be knowledgeable on what facility they have their center and what they do not rather than misguiding people. I would not have gone for resizing the photo by paying 8 bucks had I known that there is no facility to print. If the customer has been charged for the DVD written out, why not hand it over to them rather than retaining it back. I visited the next day again to see if they have either the DVD or resized photo and all have been scraped and deleted. I was asked 8 bucks again for resizing the photo again. Worst experience ever

All I needed was to print something from an email. This task is so simple that anyone who works there should know how to do that. I was having a problem with a printer so I went and asked for help, which took 10 minutes to get, while i was using the computer that cost money. Finally, a lady in her 40s came to help, but she just stared at the screen for a bit and all she could come up with was, and I quote, " advise you to not leave the computer running, itll waste you money." After all that time that was the only thing she could come up with! Frustrated with the lack of knowledge she had, I went to a Asian man in his 20s, which should know what hes doing, and he told me he couldnt help me, there was help already over there at the workstation. THE STORE WAS ALMOST EMPTY!!!! First, you shouldnt put people in positions they cant handle, even if its EASY! You will be surprised how concomitant people can be. Second, if there is no one in the store and you get asked for help, HELP! But no, no help at all. So I went right across the street and the indian man had it done in less than 5 minutes.

This is the biggest scam in LA and thats saying alot! They charge 3 to 4 times to print the SAME BLACK AND WHITE pages from emails than they do from the regular copy machines at $.10 cents (if you bring your own zip drive) ! I dont understand why - since you are gttg the EXACT same black and white pages!! And the fat lazy manager there just says theres nothing he can do about it - he cant even explain why we are being ripped off by paying so much more from the computer, than the copy machine. I will NEVER go back to this or ANY of these Fed Ex /Kinko / Office business. My local neighborhood copy store happened to be closed so I stopped off there to print some important forms for work and boy was I majorly screwed! i walked out over $20 in the hole, and with a manager that just kept turning the situation around with an "you should know better" attitude! I will NEVER tell EVERYONE i know how horrible and their staff and what a bunch of blood sucking leeches this company is! FEDEX KINKOS OFFICE BURN IN HELL!

Wow. This place ruined my day so bad I will never bring personal or business work to fedex ever again. Ive sent my employees here often to print. Tried to print a few photos from their self service system. It proceeded to eat my card and not read any device with the photos on it. One person helped me and could not get it working. She went to lunch because my 5 photos were taking so long to print. Everyone else there just looked at me from behind the counter and said "to bad" when asked to help. Unbelievable. Will NEVER come back. Thanks FedEx! I immediately left and drove to a nearby Walgreens. Was in and out in under 5 minutes with amazing quality photos. Skip fedex. Go to Walgreens.

I was sending a fax this morning when a woman came in with an international fax to make. She asked the employees for help since she had never used a fax before. They pointed to the fax and told her they WOULD NOT HELP HER!! She stood there at the fax, not even having been told she needed a kinkos card or credit card. After a few minutes I was forced to pick up the employees slack and do their job by helping her to price her fax, load her card and send it. EMPLOYEES SHOULD DO THEIR JOBS!! Customers should NEVER have to do an employees job!! LAZY and WORTHLESS would be the characteristics of the employees I saw today. NOT worth whatever you are paying them!!

Truly horrible customer service. One woman, Janet, who had helped me for approximately 35 seconds got fed up and swatted my hand away from the print screen and then grabbed my credit card out of my hand. I couldnt believe it! Then she told me to just read the screen. I then overhead two employees making fun of a guest (who had just asked them where a product was) while she was walking away. I eventually got what I needed but truly some of the most unfriendly staff Ive ever encountered. To clarify, I went in the middle of the day and they did not seem understaffed at all.

Racial. I went in there to get assistance in printing. A middle aged lady there with white blonde hair spoke with bad customer service and ignored me later. I was observing her with other Caucasian customers and boy was she nice to them. So I got assistance from another gentleman and he too had the same racial attitude only towards me. Looking down to put my card in my purse did I hear from a nice customer service tone to the same disrespectful tone. Looking up I saw another non Caucasian customer. This is sad. No wonder why everyone here is fxxxed up.
