i had the misfortune to recently go to the van nuys fedex and couldnt believe the actually rotten customer service there. i ended up having to file complaints to fedex corporate, and when they heard how my order was handled and i was treated, even they were upset. i normally go to this fedex office on ventura blvd and my experience at the other one made me realize how important it was to write a review of THIS one, since i took for granted the wonderful and friendly service i always receive when i come here, almost weekly. fedex is a wonderful company, but apparently they have very bad management from what i experienced at their van nuys store at 5810 sepulveda. the companys concerned attitude about what i experienced, and the wonderful experience i have EVERY time i come to this ventura blvd. store, makes me appreciate fedex as a whole, and realize i need to let people know when something is good. these guys are good!

Seriously great customer service here! Michael is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. This is his second time helping me, and he is absolutely wonderful!!! This is now my go-to fedex for printing/shipping. I love this place :)
