Went into this FedEx location today to print off a PDF document with confidential information. I swiped my credit card and selected to print 26 pages. One of the 26 pages printed with an error page. The manager came over and had me repeat the process of swiping my credit card and attempting to print with the same result (my card has been swiped twice now). So he takes my jump drive to one of their computers, brings up my file and I SEE him click "save for later". I told him "Dont do that, it has confidential information" and he said that he was saving "other files" but my file was on the screen. Now we have to keep and eye out for identity theft! So in addition to malfunctioning equipment, they have at least one shady employee.

First let me just say this kinkos is large and looks very nice on the inside. I had a special project, I needed to have a test I created bound and made to look professional. The manager came over to me and asked if I needed anything and I told her I did. We sat down and she listened to exactly the way I wanted to do this project and created it for me. She handled everything from start to finish while I just told her what I wanted and how I wanted it. It took about 15 minutes, but she did do all of the binding right there and I was incredibly pleased with the result. Excellent service, thank you.

While the location is nice and big, and seems well stocked, the incompetent staff drives me to go elsewhere. I tried to ship in a box that was a little marked up, but still had full structural integrity, and the man at the counter told me it was too beat up to accept. This is after he took a break from giving a hard time to the couple in front of me. I then drove to the Devonshire authorized FedEx ship center. They were happy to take my business and supposedly beat up box. I doubt FedEx will ever read this review, but seriously, do something about your employees in this location.

Horriable service. Everything is self serve which is great except that the areas are not clearly mark and there is no one around if you need help. I went in to get some papers laminated and couldnt find where the machine was. After I was done I was looking to pay for my laminations and there was no one around to take my payment since that is the only machine that doesnt require prepayment. No one seemed to be working in printing.

I went in here today after boxing and loading 8 big boxes of merchandise to ship.. right when I came in with the first box they told me they couldnt ship it for me because there was a small rip in the box.. no offer of a solution or suggestion. Just, we cant help you. Clearly they just didnt want to deal with 8 big heavy boxes. Bummer I went out of my way to ship FedEx. Just reloaded all the boxes into usps.

Irma at store 1901 was very helpful to me in getting an appellate brief copied and bound for filing with the court. My order was perfect and done way early and she called to let me know. Not worth coming here for shipping needs or copying needs. You have to purchase a card to print. Why make it so complicated?? I go to a print store elsewhere, make my copies and pay less than a few dollars. Sometimes less than a dollar if I am making just a few copies. Not worth it, and customer service is horrible. Avoid coming here at all costs.

I am using this location to drop off packages quite often and you need to be extremely carful with them. They are desperate to sell you packaging services and even your packages are totally perfect they try to talk you into repacking which can get pretty expensive. I know it will not do much but I already complained to Fedex about this.

I gave a one star review because I couldnt give a zero star review. The absolute worst FedEx Ive ever been to. The staff is so incompetent. Just wasted 2 hours of my busy day and got nothing accomplished because of these morons at this location. A $400 print job is now going elsewhere. thanks for wasting my time.

The staff is a complete disaster. They are slower than the slowest turtles. And even this is a compliment. The huge line to the FedEx dropoff counter is an everyday occurrence, and they do nothing to move faster. Several stations go idle with no sign of a staff member available. Horrible service!

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY...THE LATIN OLDER LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS SO RUDE AND JUST NOT WILLING TO HELP.SHE HAD REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....THAT ASSIANT MANAGER WAS AN ANGEL AND HE ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO TEACH ME HOW TO PRINT FROM MY PHONE ...I GIVE HIM 5 STARS....
