If everyone here thinks this is a great printing shop, you dont know what great is. We own a small business and had two customers that we needed items printed for. The quality was unbelievably poor. There were smudges, there were some letters that were printed in a faint print and some in bold...not intended by the design. The pages were off until we made them re-trim so they were even they were going to deliver them like that. We were told they would be ready by 7:00, we had to wait and kill time in the area (45 min away from our home) until 11:00 PM because the owner was off at a party of some sort and they were not ready. The other item we ordered was envelopes, without asking, they gave us two different sizes of envelopes and again the print quality was SO bad! If this is voted as best printer I can only imagine what other poor printers you have in the area. HORRENDOUS work, lack of owning responsibility and poor delivery of promised timeliness! In our business this is the worst print job we have been forced to deliver in over 8 years.

I ordered business cards from here and asked for the 3-4 business day rush. I specifically wrote them over email as well as visited in person, it was very important that I had the cards ready on that specific date. They understood, said yes and I paid accordingly (which was over priced in my opinion but I needed it rush and I liked the security of the store being next door). When the date arrived the cards were NOT READY! They told me that I didnt pay for the 3-4 business day rush when I made it clear that was when I needed it! Sure, verbally there could have been a misunderstanding (which there clearly wasnt), but I had proof of email that clearly asked for the 3-4 business day. I asked for a refund and they could not provide because my order was in "production." I asked to speak to the manager, Aiden, but he never got back to me. The cards were not ready until 4 days after the date i asked for, they even had the audacity to call and say "Great news! Your business cards are finally ready!" Please do not support this business.

This is the worst print shop ever. Ther owner is not into working. He takes every other day off and if you go by sometimes they are closed for no reason. He made false promises and breached contract. Business cards ordered had to be redesigned by me as they are not deisgners and there were typos all over the proof. The cards were do a week ago and still I dont have them. His sidekick who works at the shop states there is nothing he can do he just works there. One of those whatever attitudes. The got my money as they ask for 100% deposit up front thank God I only gave 50%. He says the cards will be ready when they are ready if I dont want them I lose my payment and still owe him for the cards in full. Horrible way of doing business and horrible customer service.

This is the best printing company in town! I spoke with the owner Aiden to create a company flyer at the last minute on Saturday night to take to convention on Monday and had his team design, create and print by late Sunday night even though the shop is closed. They provided exceptional customer service to my company and was able to make our company shine with the hard work performed by Ak Printing! I highly recommend them for all your printing needs!

Excellent Service and Attention to Detail! I walked in at 7:00 pm on a Thursday night with an 8-page, color funeral program for Saturday! They gave me a great price and excellent service. When I had to make a major change to the set-up, they helped me and stayed open past their closing time! The printing of the program was fantastic; high quality. I highly recommend this print shop and will use it again for any printing needs.

Cool Neighborhood Print Company!! I disagree with the 2 poor reviews below. I have gone a few times to get work done, and each time have been satisfied with not only the "good quality" work, but also "good customer service". They will do their best to make sure you get what you want. Very cool, friendly and comfortable environment. They are worth the pay which actually is not as high as other places I have been to. Try them out.

We asked for a framed yard sign and they gave us an A frame sign holder, when we brought this to their attention they said there are signs in our store that say there are no refunds. Why would anyone want a store credit for a "non-franchised" (the reason given for not refunding the money) company that is willing to sell them something other than what was asked for?

AK printing was voted the best printer for a reason! They ARE the best printer. Period! I use them for all my printing projects and everything is always on time and very reasonably priced! I think everyone should give AK a try for any of their printing needs! :)

Great local print shop. They can make virtually anything. We get all our fliers and our business cards/literature printed here... even our trade show banners and magnets.
