Visited store Wed afternoon to get some printing done for a project that was due in San Francisco on Friday (today). I was assured that it would be completed on Wed nite @ 10:30pm giving me ample time to finish my part and get it out on Thur morning to San Francisco via overnight mail. Picked up printing job @ 10:30pm as promised but found out later when I was putting it together that a portion of printing had been misprinted. Contacted ANTONIO early Thur morning to see about getting it reprinted asap in hopes that I could make afternoon delivery to USPS to overnight. Never got a call telling me that job had been done. Went to store @ 5:30pm to pick up my printing only to find out that job was still not finished. Picked up my job order and came home and spend 3 hours finishing cutting and assembling 447 card and laminating them etc. Job was for SF 49ers and Oakland Raiders and were to be utilized for weekend NFL games. Ended up driving 14 hours to Bay area to hand deliver orders. Managed to save face and credibility but lost money on job. Please do not depend on this kinko location as management does not care and staff is just as bad. Apologies do not make up for loss of income. Have been loyal customer for over 14 years but location has gone downhill since new management took over.

The employees have a tough job here but they are just lousy. There is one nice flamboyant gentlemen that is helpful enough but they will have 5 people in the back talking and BSing while you stand there for minutes and minutes. The lady at the shipping counter is purposefully slow and just refuses to work at the speed of life. A few of the employees are just outright worthless. If they see you are in a rush they will just downshift into low and lurk around watching you stand in line as the only customer in the store. Multiple times the woman at the shipping counter has violently shaken my packages despite me asking her not to do so. She claims she can hear stuff moving around and it will have to be repackaged. This is properly packaged goods in the right size box, she wants to exercise her petty power trip and I have to go to another drop off that takes these same packages without a word. She also squeezes your packages and will claim they are not internally bolstered, as she tries to crush your box. She claims she is only doing what is going to happen to it in transit.

Very poor customer service. I have always emailed documents for printing. I did so today, called the store to confirm and was told I have to submit online even though I received an automatic email response that a team member would contact me to confirm the order (which was never done.) The young lady who answered the phone would not allow me to explain that this was not a complicated, large print job but simply a few documents to print out and copy. I will never return to this location.

Avoid this place! I had a prepaid computer monitor that I wanted to ship. I used a box with packaging that was used for a different monitor but mine fit perfectly. The staff wanted me to buy a new box and packaging for $25 or else they wouldnt accept the package. I made it clear that my package was fine, but they kept on insisting that they cared about the well being of my item. I ended up leaving and not shipping my item. Clearly they just wanted to make $25 bucks off of me.

The ATT wireless here, while free, was worth exactly that much: zero. Too slow to do anything, not usable to run any online apps. Really fast ATT wireless would have gotten 5 stars. It was nice and quiet at the laptop cubicles. Never too crowded and it has nice air conditioning. I print here and it is reliable for that. The PC rentals are over priced. The laptop link is cheaper and you only need it to print or access online applications.

Their customer service sucks! I went in the other day to print something off of by USB flash drive and the guy told me to go to the machines! I told him I didnt know how to use them and I needed assistance and he gave me a horrible reply. I just left. Avoid this place if you need any help or assistance doing any printing jobs. Its just so bad. The company needs to hire people are have good customer service skills!

My family suffered an incredible loss and we needed a photo montage produced for an event the next day. Tanisha was incredibly sympathetic and did what she could to help make sure it was done the same day we brought it in. We even offered to tip her and she turned it down. Tanisha is a value to this company and any company she would work for. Thanks again!

Rude, impatient, and condescending staff seemed more interested in making themselves look good and shifting blame than helping is as customers. Shawn and Romiel, in particular, were incredibly unhelpful. Buyer beware, they will send you to the most expensive printing option to save time and effort for themselves. Avoid if possible.

This place blows... I use them all the time to make copies and print pictures. I had to send a fax after hours, two pages to area code 323... yes 323 which is less than 20 miles from this office... they charged over $4 because it is "a long distance"... beware!!!. I am taking my business somewhere else

Everyone we have ever dealt with here is GREAT! Mike & Derek are both amazing humans who always go above and beyond for us! My company frequently has them print some huge projects for us, and they always get them done quickly in a professional manner under huge time pressure. You guys rock!

Very Slow. Always waiting even though theres multiple employees not helping people in the store. Michael was helpful. Frances was a nightmare. If you enjoy standing in line while 1 out of 5 employees helps customers, this is your place.

They messed up my printing more than once. Said it would be done at 6pm no later and it wasnt done until almost 9. Its always empty in there and the employees hardly know what theyre doing.
