They resell pappy and other elite bottles of liquor on the secondary market at exorbitant prices due to rarity rather than serving their customers. Any honorable liquor store would give their great customers a chance to buy at a normal markup, or give all their customers a chance in a lottery type system. Shame on them getting bottles from the distillery at $50 and putting them online at hundreds or even thousands of bucks. Call up the buffalo trace distillery and let them know that these guys and others like them are abusing their gift of being able to purchase these bottles.

Its great to find a large liquor store with a great selection, thats not a big chain store like Beverages and More. There are so few great, one of a kind, independent stores left. The people who work there are super friendly and really knowledgeable. I get the sense that their buyer really knows what hes stocking (as opposed to Beverages and More that will shove anything on the shelf and you have to know yourself how to sort out the good from the bad). The store is also a nice, inviting space, not just a big warehouse. And even the prices are competitve. What more can you want?

I thought I knew what I was going to buy once I was here but with so many selections and affordable pricing, I purchased more than one bottle. This location has a wide array of whiskeys, bourbons, tequilas, vodka, beer, cognacs, a wine cellar, cigar room and much more. You will be more than impressed. This is my #1 liquor store.

You can find just about anything here if youre a professional drinker like me. Some of the stuff is VERY expensive and you can probably find elsewhere with a little digging. But if youre looking for a fantastic selection of anything and everything under the sun (price notwithstanding), Mission is the place to go.

The owner Dan could not have been more friendly and hospitable during my visit this evening. I was able to sample 4 wines all of which were fantastic and ended up leaving with a bottle of Cab and some BBQ sauce. I cant wait to return with some friends. I hope that this business flourishes.

I like this place its very affortable and very well stocked with all kinds of liquor I highly recommend Mission Liquor they have great special. Today I went on my lunch and bought me 1 Tequila and 2 Vodka bottles I am stocking up for my b-day in July

Wow the location has everything You could want and at better prices than a Bevmo. Very impressed with selection and service. They even had cold bottle or Jameson, patron and others for the people who needed to party right away.. genius!

Best liquor selection and prices in LA. Beer selection recently improved with the addition of more coolers. Wine selection ok but mostly higher end. They also have cigars. Beats Bevmo by about $2-$6.
