Horrible servicio, me tocó para entregarme las cajas de mis muebles una muchacha, me entrego el pedido incompleto, me dijo que lo que faltaba había sido cancelado, le expliqué que se había cambiado el producto por uno similar porque el que yo había comprado ya no lo tenían en existencia, que ha mi ya me lo habían explicado, ella de mal forma me dijo que ahí no le aparecía nada a ellos, que iba a llamar servicio al cliente. Me cansé de esperar y decidí llamar yo también, les expliqué el problema y me dijeron que si, que efectivamente se había hecho el cambio y que mi nuevo producto ahí debía estar listo para mi. En eso salió la muchacha y me dijo que ya había hablado y le habían dicho que tenía que ir a la tienda y volver a comprar ese producto que me faltaba porque ellos no tenían nada ahí en su computadora, entonces le pase mi teléfono con servicio al cliente, la persona en el teléfono le digo que tenía que sacar mi orden, ella le dijo que no iva a buscar nada que en su computadora no apareciera, no se que mas le dijo porque de mala gana me regreso el teléfono y me dijo que iba a buscar mi producto, hablé con la persona en el teléfono y me dijo que no me fuera de ahí hasta que me entregaran las cosas, que si aparecía el cambio en las computadoras, mi esposo decidí unas cajas junto al mostrador y fue a verlas, entonces checo los números y esos eran mis productos, le dijimos a la floja de ahí y ya nos los entrego, pésimo servicio, son unos flojos y mal organizados. Living spaces has the worst customer service known to man. To sum it up we received our couch over a week ago. It was missing legs. They then overnighted the wrong legs. We called to get the right legs and nothing was sent. Since then weve been asked several times to email pictures of the legs (we have once, not sure why they need them over and over again. Shouldnt they know what legs go on the couch??) Ive been hung up on by a very rude customer representative. Ive asked to be called by a supervisor. She called and left a voicemail stating she would send an email for me to resend the pictures (again). 24 hours later and still have not received the email. Called back but no manager was available to speak to me and representative told me the legs are in stock but would take 6 weeks to receive. Living Spaces uses reviews heavily on their website. I received an automatic email several times to send in my review. Each time I sent in my review (6 times) I was sent back an email with lines highlighted in red with things I am not allowed to say. For example- mentions "customer service issues", "contains shipping complaints", "contains inappropriate content". Basically you can only comment about the item itself. Isnt a huge part of shopping about your experience with the company, its customer service, and delivery?? I have never come across a company that CENSORS its own reviews. I was not even saying anything inappropriate or completely out of line. I suggest shopping anywhere but Living Spaces, I cant imagine there being a worse or more crooked furniture company out there!

Their delivery drivers damaged my floor during delivery. I contacted customer service, they asked about all information about the damage and "open a claim" for me. Second day I got a call from Amy Garcia the Claims Specialist telling me to resubmit photos as proof of damage and a form to fill in. She was definitely rude and impatient during the call. I did as she requested. Waited a week, got a letter from OST Of Service Transportation saying they denied my claim. Plus, the media chest they delivered had cracks everywhere. I had to request a replacement. Word for LSF customer service: if you are not going to do anything to solve your customers issue, DO NOT pretend you will. Total waste of my time!

I spent $1798.00 of my hard earned money for some furniture here and I purchased the "insurance" for an extra $100.00 and at first I was at ease knowing my furniture was protected by this policy I bought. Than my dinning room table chair fell and had a chip on the backrest which caused the top portion of it to be loose. I called and filed a claim, was told someone would get back to me soon, waited a week I called back they said I was not covered for repair. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told he would contact me in 5 days. No call! They find any reason to not make repairs and customer service does not follow through. I wont shop here anymore!

I had furniture delivered today and a two person team handled the delivery to my apartment in Palms, Los Angeles. Their names were Maria and Christian. I had a real heavy queen sofa bed and four tables. My window for delivery was 2pm-6pm. The delivery was on time and they did a great job. That heavy sofa bed was delivered to the 2nd floor. I offered to help, Im 5 11" and 220 lbs, but they insisted that they would handle it all without my help. So if you want your furniture delivered, ask for Maria and Christian. I give them both a 100 score. Thank Living Spaces!

The delivery guy named Leo is a druggy and a thief. He stole pain pills from my bathroom when he delivered my mattress. When I confronted him he lied even though I saw him do it. He begged me not to call his boss and eventually offered to sale me a gun for cheap. I asked if he had paperwork for it and he said he didnt. Probably stole it from a delivery. Beware of delivery guy hes not honest and will steel.
