DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! If I could leave no stars or negative stars I would they have employees that dont listen to what you actually want an need. To start off becca/Claudia did not get my order right! Which is irritating because I needed my order by a specific date! They messed up on the order by ordering a different color an then they say they dont carry the color I need that an when I called to let them know they didnt bother to really hear me out instead just placed me on hold an then thier manger answer by telling me what was your question? Oboiusly if your employee actually listened she would have know I didnt have a question but rather a complaint. So they mess up my order an then try to turn around an say Im the one that made a mistake which makes no sense because I know what I came in for. So then I ask for a refund an he tells me that there is no refunds an IF I WANT ME MONEY BACK THAT I HAVE TO GO TO COURT. My opinion that is horrible management style why on earth would you tell your coustumer that especially when THIER employee made a mistake ! why not just accept it that they made a mistake an fix the issue . I would never shop here again an I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! Horrible costumer service.

They are really terrible, the service sucks, they gave me attitude a lot and one time they glared at me when I was checking the furniture because I knocking on the draws to see if the wood was good. The place was better when Mireya was there. They lost a great sales lady.

Geat prices!!! Just moved into town from AZ shopped around alot, they special order furniture so logically it takes a few days to recive they carry unique and inexpensive items. Loved the costumer service friendly and humble atmosphere.
